As I was watching Rachael Maddow last night as she explained the indictment against Gates. I noticed that the indicted was actually filed with the court weeks in advanced. So that means that this indictment was sitting around somewhere locked up for a while. So its quiet possible that the indictments for Trump and his junta are already written and they too are sitting around somewhere waiting to be unsealed.
