Yesterday, we received a rebate for a portion of our premiums as a result of the ACA 80/20 rule. [The 80/20 Rule generally requires insurance companies to spend at least 80% of the money they take in on premiums on your health care and quality improvement activities instead of administrative, overhead, and marketing costs.]

I didn’t watch the “hearing” today, but am listening to some of the commentary about the hearing as well as about the fact that others were ordered not to comply with the request to go before the committee.
What frustrates me is that there always seems to be an offering by the committee chair(s) of potential remedies for the obstruction, lies, contempt, etc. Stop talking about what you CAN do and JUST DO IT!!!! Geeeez 🙄🙄🙄
