Like so many of you, I was moved as I watched @TheAmandaGorman read her poem at the inauguration. I first met her back in 2016, and over the years, I've seen her continue to inspire people with her words. I'm so proud of the young woman she has become. https://t.co/9KLTu5tV4Lpic.twitter.com/GQ9xlyjVqW
What an honor to be on @TIME 's new cover. From the interview: "In all the forms of expression of human life, we’re seeing that artistry be informed by the Black experience. I can’t imagine anything more exciting than that." https://t.co/SKC3rreA4x
I'm so grateful for your mentions today! I've received lots of DMs about mentoring. I have an online coaching program for hairstylists called The Academy. Please click here to learn more and join the waiting list: https://t.co/3HAYWKvogI

Dropped my daughter off at school and before she got out of the car I told her when I picked her up there will be a Black woman as Vice President. Her face lit up like sunshine. Amid all the craziness, been little time to acknowledge and savor that. But what a day.

With her strong and poignant words, @TheAmandaGorman reminds us of the power we each hold in upholding our democracy. Keep shining, Amanda! I can't wait to see what you do next. 💕 #BlackGirlMagic
