Fmr Ambassador McFaul explaining to Joy Reid last night that President Zelensky was born in Russia and
Russian is his first language. A very popular TV personality in Russia and he is seen that way, not as a “nazi” per Putin’s preposterous desperate “de-nazification” excuse. Ukraine President Zelensky won almost every region in 2014 so we know Ukraine is not a divided country. And Putin will have a hard time defending his aggression to the Russian people WTF he is doing. Children in Ukraine have parents and grandparents in Russia and vice versa. The people of both countries will suffer due to Putin’s entitled obsession with rewriting history.
