At no cost to tax payer dollars, cannot we begin releasing cash that already belongs to Afghanistan…
bit by bit? We can monitor if the Taliban actually spend it on feeding Afghans. If they take care of Afghans with the cash, then more can be released. 9.4 billion dollars is a lot of money, already twice what the United Nations is trying to raise in aid.
