Well, that last sentence is a huge understatement. I know Merrick Garland has only been in place for 6 or 7 months and he walked into a mess. Good morning TOD family. This has been quite the last few weeks for us. One morning we both woke up to bad colds. So we decided to get tested. I tested negative but my husband has covid. I am over my cold, thank goodness but my husband is fighting this covid. Thank goodness we have had our shots. Don is doing ok, sleeping lots and coughing. We keep track of his oxygen level and so far it’s been 95%. I have been tested twice and am still negative. We are very thankful he can stay home ok and get better. Just wonder how long it will take. Hopefully I can stay negative through it all. Hope all are well and able to say away from this covid. As tnmtgirl knows it’s not just the flu. Stay well, get your shots and mask up!

Jarvis’s address at San Quentin was in the back of the book…This was the beginning of many years of correspondence. There was a resonance between them. In his letters Jarvis shared what he was thinking about. In her letters Lee shared what her days were like.”
“She was overwhelmed by her first visit, beginning with going through the gates and security clearance. Jarvis was then in the adjustment center of San Quentin, also known as solitary confinement.”
“He was kept in isolation for longer than any prisoner in California—24 years. ”
“Lee described Jarvis’s deep, open heart. “He’s one of the most free people I know…He has a positive influence on other prisoners and on the guards.”

Good morning TOD family. This has been quite the last few weeks for us. One morning we both woke up to bad colds. So we decided to get tested. I tested negative but my husband has covid. I am over my cold, thank goodness but my husband is fighting this covid. Thank goodness we have had our shots. Don is doing ok, sleeping lots and coughing. We keep track of his oxygen level and so far it’s been 95%. I have been tested twice and am still negative. We are very thankful he can stay home ok and get better. Just wonder how long it will take. Hopefully I can stay negative through it all. Hope all are well and able to say away from this covid. As tnmtgirl knows it’s not just the flu. Stay well, get your shots and mask up!
