He had been ‘devastating the system’ at DHS and State over his 4 years in office.
He knew that Afghanis couldn’t get out after U.S. troops were removed and the Afghan government collapsing.
He sabotaged the visa process on purpose. Trump broke the system deliberately to leave Afghanis stranded
