come together for the common good…
and as far as voting go…The founders and others moving forward saw voting as the domain of a few…it has been the struggles of the sons and daughters of enslaved people….of women (including black women) who have bent that arc towards freedom…
The VRA was a law that moved the country in a more just way …but as we see…nothing is permanent…nothing is ever complete or done….
#WeThePeople must ever remain vigilant…a sentry for Freedom and Justice…and we must pass that onto our children…to become ACTIVE and Aware Citizens….
