Oh so much so. Feel like I can breathe again. Trying to not let myself think about how Bernie will do on Tuesday, especially in CA. So many votes are already in, not only there but in the other Super Tuesday states. Bernie has SOOOOO much money. Then, I say: It is obvious after four states that Bernie isn’t expanding the vote like he says he is. He isn’t bringing out the youth vote. OH, they go to his rallies and tweet, etc., but that don’t go vote in large numbers. And, most of all, he does NOT have and will NOT get the AA ( or other POC) vote. If they should go to the convention really close and neither win on the first ballot, the super delegates will go for Biden.

I know most people are saying Biden/Harris and I would love that. I said that from Day 1. Then…….there’s Stacy Abrams and that would give us GA and likely the two senators from GA. That would be HUUUUUUGE! OMG, huge!!!!!!! That would leave Kamala for AG and the CA governor would appoint another D to replace her.

I am hoping for a Biden / Harris ticket too.

One of my favourite videos to watch is when she questions Bill ‘evil Barr. And Barr has trouble answering. He looked like a giant baby.
    She looked razor focused.

It made me laugh .. tho it’s sad he is the AG.

And, of course, voting for the long time Democrat with a clear record of votes against the NRA. Not for some serial-socialist loved by Putin.

I am thoroughly buoyed by Joe’s victory. May he continue to draw the love and support of our flailing nation. We must help him every way we can, now and every day of his administration.

I am so relieved and happy this morning. Reading this thread tears came to my eyes, good tears. I TRUST Biden! He has immediate standing with world leaders, something we desperately need. I LOVED his speech last night. Felt like US.
An interesting book for Women’s History month is “The Invention of Wings” by Sue Monk Kidd. It is the story of the Grimke sisters, told in novel form. There would have been little progress if it had not been for strong women like them and so many others.

Interesting read indeed, the devil is always in the details. One cannot help but come away thinking that just maybe the Bernie Bros didn’t do their due diligence before voting for Bernie. In other words, I don’t think that “free” means what they think free means.

the term “man up” is toxic….what’s Wilson playing at….imo too early for PBO endorsement.

      • 111 Dudette
        March 1, 2020 at 12:08 pm

Exactly. Does he think insulting PBO will gain him points with anyone but MAGAts and much less stir President Obama to break his word that he’s holding off on endorsing and campaigning until there’s a nominee?

        • 112 mtmarilyn
          March 1, 2020 at 12:16 pm

When I read this I was insulted. Obama said he wasn’t going to endorse during the primaries. What an sob!

          • 113 marleysperson
            March 1, 2020 at 1:01 pm

Exactly! And he shouldn’t! I had this same conversation with my sister not too long ago. He wants the people to decide. As it SHOULD be

    • 114 Don
      March 1, 2020 at 12:35 pm

Black, Sexual, Manhood, Physical Prowess, Imaginary. Yes they are obsessed with his manhood and it goes back to a time when black people were considered property. They feared President Obama’s intellect but more importantly they were obsessed with his perceived sexual superiority. So when Wilson say’s that President Obama needs to “Man-Up” basically what he’s saying is that President Obama needs to whip it out and slay everyone that stands between the Democratic nominee and the oval office.

I think Joe has the opportunity to close the deal on Super Tuesday, and then travel the country honing his message and to also campaign with the down-ballot candidates.

    • March 1, 2020 at 1:07 pm

This would be fantastic. Unfortunately, there will be hangers on. Bernie won’t concede and today Miss Liz says she’s taking it all the way to the convention floor. Stupid egos.

      • 135 Don
        March 1, 2020 at 1:29 pm

Bernie is taking it to the convention because his play was always the “war chest.” He was never interested in winning because he would actually have to produce if he were actually elected. Now Miss Millie on the other hand, she might actually drop out as to not fracture the party even more than it already is.
