Hello vc……..and everyone else. Miscellaneous ramblings. My first cousin (86), her daughter and son-in-law stopped by for couple of hours. It’s been YEARS since I saw my cousin and hadn’t seen her daughter since we were children. They are on their way to Gatlinburg for this week. We’re going to their cabin Tuesday afternoon to spend more time with them.
I enjoyed reading the predictions of the woman about the 2020 election. Sure hope the Dems read that and follow her advice. Makes sense to me.
I’ve cut back some on listening to MSNBC. Picking and choosing carefully. Still listen to Stephanie a Miller because her show makes me laugh. I’ve been listening to more contemporary Christian music. Feel better. Not so tense and stressed. Not a big change, but it has helped.

Right after college in 1968 I went into teaching that Fall. When I first started mini skirts were popular and slacks or what we called pants were not allowed to be worn. I could never write on the blackboard reaching very high up in the classroom or bend over in many cases. A couple years later matching pantsuits were allowed to be worn. They were so much more practical. By the time I retired in 2001 we could wear jeans once a month on casual Fridays. To go backwards fifty years is ridiculous! It is all about men having power over women.
