When ACA was being defended in the Supreme Court under Obama the federal government team of lawyers were defending it. Justice Roberts ruled it was Constitutional due to the taxation penalty portion of the bill. After the GOP tried repeatedly to defeat it when Trump was elected they finally zeroed out the tax penalty in their budget. It was than challenged in court and a judge in TX ruled it unconstitutional. It is being challenged again today, but the lawyers for the federal government are on the side to destroy it, not defend it this time. 21 states stand for continuing ACA. The majority of states are against it. This is beyond worrisome. If we lose today it will be referred to a higher court again. The current make-up of the SC with Robert’s last ruling almost guarantees a loss of the ACA. This action continues the diabolical actions of today’s GOP. It is beyond sickening.

16 hours a day. Wow. Reminds me of Gianforte who was given a 4 day jail sentence for beating up a reporter (who asked him a question about the ACA), but whose actually punishment was hanging around the Sheriff’s office for a couple of days.
