Catching up with friends, I thought it was Putin and Trump and Kim jong um and the Saudi prince. I guess they were getting together telling Trump about what’s it’s like to have your enemies kill.

Yup, you speak the truth DF. IMO, trump wants a war – by any means necessary. We must be smart and not play into or react. We want him out of office so we can put him in jail. Impeaching him while in office will not remove him or jail him. We want him OUT and then in JAIL!!!

Do the bullies perpetrating this Evil know how uncertain life is at 4 months? The first year is the most delicate for staying alive.
Human mammals are entirely unable to self-nurture, parents have a right to protect their children, babies have a right to be held close and protected. Bonding is a fragile issue that begins in the first moments after birth – is why Mothers must keep their babies with them and not allow them to be taken by hospital staff. Imagine being taken from the only loved ones you know at 4 months, and then the trauma of being taken from the foster parent, if indeed these parents are permitted to see their child again.
–Let’s make triple sure Trump + his brown shirts PAY for these horrendous crimes against children.

Flying objects Not Mines hit the tanker, said eyewitness:
“The Japanese ship operator says sailors on board the Kokuka Courageous, one of the vessels attacked near the Strait of Hormuz,
saw “flying objects” just before the attack, suggesting the tanker wasn’t damaged by mines.”
“Company president Yutaka Katada said Friday he believe the flying objects seen by the sailors could be bullets, and denied possibility of mines or torpedoes because the damages were above the ship’s waterline. He called reports of mine attack “false.”

And these are the ones we have been allowed to know about:
“24 immigrants have DIED in ICE custody during the Trump administration.
What we’re seeing is a reckless and unprecedented expansion of a system that is punitive, harmful and costly,” said Katharina Obser,
senior policy adviser at the Women’s Refugee Commission, an advocacy group. “The U.S. government is not even doing the bare minimum to ensure [immigrants] are getting the medical care and the mental health care they need.”
–52,500 human beings are now detained in 200 detention centers.
–One such has 950 people in a space designated for 150 people.
–Creating Hell on Earth is a trump specialty.

PLEASE CONGRESS: Stop the gop despot runaway train, while we still can.
“A leader with a top civil rights organization says the forcible separation of families at the U.S. southern border has continued. “In a single morning last week at the courthouse,” writes Efrén Olivares of the Texas Civil Rights Project, “I saw President Donald Trump’s ‘zero tolerance’ immigration policy tear seven families apart.” In fact, he continues, his organization has counted at least 785 families “that have been separated since then just in McAllen.” Many of these separations have been of families that the federal government doesn’t consider families, but are families nonetheless, and the crimes against them have received considerable less attention than those against biological parents and their children. “We have witnessed hundreds of siblings, uncles and aunts, cousins and grandparents go through the same suffering of losing a child as biological parents face. Often, these relatives are the only form of parents the children know. Their trauma goes unrecognized, unreported and ignored.”

May I mention the unbelievably unbelievable game played by the Golden State Warriors. /Raptors squeaked a win.
Astonishing Klay Thompson was on a roll before he was injured and once again the Warriors were without Durant. As a fan of the pink shoes,
no words to describe whirlwind Steph Curry throughout these games. thank you and TGIF.

Such a marvelous fearless young woman – sees that her generation will suffer due to Oil overlords, their bought-up politicians around the world, and far right christian enablers. Many of us have young children and we know there’s a dwindling, short window of opportunity to activate global resources. How to fight the cunning maze of chains…

2050: Good to know worst case scenario.
“Climate crisis could bring the end of human civilization by 2050…”
“As someone who for more than three decades worked in an office where people were directly dedicated to crafting false narratives about the benefits of carbon dioxide, planting doubt concerning the motivations of scientists warning of global warming, and investing millions in making everyone believe that the climate crisis did not exist … I agree with Dunlop. The fossil fuel industry has by this point spent hundreds of millions spreading the message that the climate crisis doesn’t exist, or if it does, it’s not our fault, and if it is, it’s not that bad. That message permeates everything. It’s unavoidable.
The softening impact of the message from the fossil fuel industry is compounded by the natural tendency, especially in government in the media, to compare current situations with the past. But this situation isn’t comparable. It hasn’t happened before. It is genuinely unprecedented. However bad you think it’s going to be, odds are you aren’t thinking bad enough.”

–Finally…gorgeous weather here today…local weather is what Trump needs to acknowledge…local weather is not climate.

    • June 15, 2019 at 1:59 pm

yesterday in a restaurant was astonished to see a young couple elbowing their desperate 2 year old child away while they were eating.
He wanted to sit on his father’s lap. Mom completely ignored what was happening. Dad finally pushed him into the wall, where the boy stood facing it as if that was the routine. What is this administration teaching parents about children who are wholly dependent on those around them and just want to be loved.

I wish some ppl did not have kids. I am one of those without children but if I did , then I would make sure my kids will always have my unconditional love. I understand that ppl may need some downtime but not at the expense of pushing children away.
Not everyone is cut out to be a parent.

      20 million claim:
“Family of trans asylum-seeker who died after weeks in detention files $20 million claim against ICE.”
“Johana Medina died in a Texas hospital on June 1, where she had been transferred after being jailed at the Otero County Processing Center, NBC News reports. But Johana’s advocates say she had been sick for weeks, and her pleas for help had essentially been ignored by officers. She was a trained nurse, and her attorneys say she asked for an IV.
“’When that request was denied, she requested water, sugar and salt to make her own solution,’ which was also denied, they wrote.”
She was taken to a hospital only when she was found unconscious.” Johana died two days later.

-Johana, a trained nurse who knew what was needed, was ignored by ICE until she died.
      -Looks like murder to me.
