You can’t “demand” change like this – IMHO – you have to encourage it, get others to go with you down the path (through your leadership skills and presenting the case in a level-headed manner), not insult everybody, stuff like that – maybe even use a little humor. Hoping for the best for her, since she doesn’t seem to mind putting in the work. She’s at the (sorry, gotta resort to a poem!) “Two roads diverged in a yellow wood” stage and just has to pick the right lane to travel. Fingers crossed, since she’s young and has a bright career ahead of her.
