NO IDEA how I was “following” this guy, but I read one or two of the comments on this tweet and then checked out his profile. He’s a right-winger, but I’m posting this here because of some of the RWNJ replies to him. One person implied people should stay inside because of the radicals (aka Democrats) (we must be scary).

Red Alert: The tweet of a RWNJ follows – posting only if you want to see the replies:

Am so tossing polite language, but before I do so, I hope they all lose their damn Senate seats. Am looking at you Manchin (“Munchkin Dood”, who should just admit to being a GOP addict, no rehab yet for that ailment), am looking at you Susan Collins (“Suzie Compromised”). You might all share same rehab. (Shout out to psychologists: open a bunch of rehabs soonest, because here come voters.) And don’t get me started on Flake (he’s in dire need of therapy, the kind that gets you out of a cult.) As w/ AA, they have to admit their corruptness. So Eff off into your dark, dark night. We’re done. Bye Felicias. ✊

      We’re done with these:

Yep this last round with the FBI was just cover to vote in Putin’s boy. Must investigate all the Little Russians in Congress, McConnell first.
Assuming participants like Flake, Manchin, Collins realize the magnitude of the consequences of their crime fest?
    CONSPIRACY WITH RUSSIA.

Please note: Faux or incorrect information about Voter Reg on FB.
FaceBook has an article up by “The Root” saying “Make this go viral – The Voter Registration Deadline for Every State”.
FALSE: “Next Tuesday is the last day to register in MT.” A friend of mine fretted about informing students.
TRUE: Turns out you can Late Register in that state all the way to the end.

Honestly I don’t see Collins as a “SUCKER”. To me that suggests someone being dragged in/taken for a ride unwittingly. From what I see Collins is not only deeply embedded in GOP continuous hypocritical behaviour, she uses her patented MO, with media help, to throw out false hope time after time.. IMO a more fitting label would be ‘LIAR’, ‘HYPOCRITE’, or even ‘POLITICAL USER’.

In reading the headline post to this page, I just have to say these arses don’t give a damn about history. They strongly believe they have the power to change that narrative. It’s up to us voters, citizens of conscience, to stop them in their immediate tracks. Vote, rise, call them out for the charlitans they are. Vote.

If it was a Democrat, she would be against it But it’s all about power to them, Collins and every single one of those Republicans would have supported Roy Moore if he had won. If this was a real investigation their wouldn’t be to much to say, but it was not a real investigation, it was a sham. And Grassley, Hatch, all those old white Senators will pay one day for this.

Thank you, Bobfr. Thank you. I’ve called Flake’s offices, many times a day, in DC and PHX…..to leave my rants and a demand for someone to call me back to answer my questions. This is such BS I can hardly contain myself!!!! Let’s hope he reads your tweet. Somehow though, I believe that it won’t matter. They do not answer to us. They answer to their party and corporate masters. They do what they’re told. Blind obedience

      • October 6, 2018 at 4:10 pm

Thank you for your reply, df. We need to teach all of them that from now forward they don’t have a job if they do not adhere to their Oath of Office. To make that reality, every eligible voter must vote. As we all know, if every eligible American voter, votes the current version of the GOP is dead.

  24. October 6, 2018 at 11:40 am

Guess not all Americans are equal … If some votes don’t count as much as others. Irony … aren’t blue states contributing $$$ wise towards red states? Guess red states have no shame in taking ‘social handouts when it comes to the transfer payments (I can’t recall exact terminology) from blue states … but treat the ppl like crap.

I would like to red.-staters build their own roads and bridges because Government building infrastructure sounds like SOCIALISM to me. No Deplorables, build your own … and next time you get hit by a hurricane, you shouldn’t expect your local/state/federal Govt to help … fend for yourselves. Enjoy the ‘tax-cuts’ and hey, all that savings you get should help you buy a boat to get out from the flood water.

      End of rant.

Is there a ‘recall option in Maine to get rid of sexual assault defender Susan Collins before her term is up ?

The woman should be ashamed of herself. I read somewhere that her husband is a lobbyist with Russian ties or connections (I forget if the link was here or at DU). If true, explains her allegiance to Trump and the Govt Of Putin (GOP).

J’Ob with you except for Manchin, a gop-er who votes with them – as you knew he would – same as Collins. Imo his voting 100% for the
NRA following the Sandy Hook School shooting, despite making a show of meeting with family victims, is unforgettable. Vile.
Both are good little R senators who distract the media for weeks at a time.

There was a story line in HBO’s ā€œThe Wireā€ wherein a young reporter makes up a story about a serial killer that didn’t exist. Actually a police detective was staging crime scenes to make it look like the victims were all killed by the same person so he could get a detail assigned to him in hopes of catching a gang of drug dealers. A senior reporter figured out that the young reporter was writing a bogus story. The senior reporter took his evidence to the editors at the paper so they could somehow kill the story, but by then the young reporter had won a Pulitzer Prize for his story about the serial killer. The senior reporter told the editors that they should come clean to the Pulitzer committee and explain to them that the story was made up, the editors refused. On his way from meeting with the editors, the senior reporter told the editors “the only thing bigger than winning a Pulitzer it having to give it back.” It will be a big deal when Kavanaugh gets seated on the Supreme Court, but it’s going to be an even bigger deal when he’s kicked off the Supreme Court. Kavanaugh might think he’s finished with the past, but the past isn’t finished with him.

I’m so liking the way you’re thinking, Don! HBO plots come in handy, eh? Also, too, if Nadler gets him impeached from the Supremes, he would have already given up his current day job and there’s no way he’d get back on the circuit court, I think, and he will probably be disbarred because the ABA is already starting another re-evaluation. He’s been kicked off the lecture circuit, and “girls’ coach” would be a no-no. So, he can just sit and write a book where he rants at civilization and nobody has to put up with it, unless they want to. Yay!

A corrupt GOP through and through every branch of the US government.

It’s been years in the making, as Republicans have systematically made voters more ignorant of how government functions at local and federal levels, and have made them apathetic and distracted.

The Democrats need to reach as many of those non-voters as they can. We need Beto O’Rourkes challenging everywhere, and David Hoggs continuing to exhort their peers to get up and vote for their lives.
