As Trump becomes more desperate as well as the GOP they will take more risks with their lies.

Nate McMurray (DEM) is challenging the newly arrested and indicted Chris Collins for his seat. I asked Joy if she would have him on her show.

Dicktraitor continuous lying + trashing of protocols breaks down your Will to fight.
Well said Steve Schmidt. “Let’s talk about the political strategy here. It’s a desperate political strategy. When you look at the special election in Ohio, if it was president Marco Rubio, this Republican would have won by 15 points. But because it’s President Trump, the Republican barely beat a Democratic candidate. And so all of the signs point to a blue tsunami coming, but in a fight, there are only two ways to win. You can bring your opponent to submission. Think Germany and Japan after World War II. Or you can break their will to fight. Think of the United States in the Vietnam war. The strategy is fundamentally one about exhausting and wearing out the will to fight and resist of Democratic voters by inciting the base. Trump needs that base incited. He needs it to turn out to hold back as best as possible this blue wave…”
PUTIN PARTY’S HOSTILE TAKEOVER OF AMERICA….strategies not rocket science….media pls underline in caps.

Normally I would cheer the possibility of Sessions being thrown in jail and losing his job, but under the present situation Trump could replace Sessions with someone that would fire Mueller and end the investigation.

why does the media and punditry go on and on about what that Team Treason have “told Special Counsel Mueller they will and will not do”????

when does a criminal ever get to order a prosecutor?????

Since Mueller’s team is so tight-lipped, the MSM feels like it should air Rudy’s Clown Show to fill up some time.

They can have him on to spin all the indictments the Mueller team will hopefully start bringing down on people.

Thank you for speaking on this important issue. It doesn’t make sense that we are not up in arms over what is going on with our democracy. Our votes need to be certified and secure. Otherwise, this is no longer a democracy.

We need to keep this atrocity front and center.

    • August 10, 2018 at 8:58 am

      Predatory privatization:
Private contractors of detainment centers (prisons) are not trained government employees. We must realize and always remember that these private contractors are fully in control without public oversight. Profiteers without moral obligation.

      • August 10, 2018 at 11:22 am

I just got word from her that there will be a lawsuit filed because this center has violated in at least 3 critical ways, one of which involves ORR. This must end.

Why did McConnell say he’d wait until the 2016 elections were over to seat a SC justice when Hillary was polling massively ahead of the orange asshole? Every wonder that? I do. Share this. It was rigged alright. Morning everyone. TGIF

      August 10, 2018 at 1:59 pm

I have preached the fix was in from the time McConnell made his declaration regarding waiting until election over to proceed with SCOTUS hearing. The stench was strong coming from McConnell, racist, misogynist, thug, greedy SOB.

    • August 10, 2018 at 2:03 pm

“McConnell…knew as a participant in high level intelligence briefings in 2016 that our electoral process was under attack by the Russians. Two weeks after the Department of Homeland Security and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence issued a joint statement in October 2016 that the Russian government had directed the effort to interfere in our electoral process, McConnell’s PAC accepted a $1 million donation from Blavatnik’s AI-Altep Holdings. The PAC took another $1 million from Blavatnik’s AI-Altep Holdings on March 30, 2017, just 10 days after former FBI Director James Comey publicly testified before the House Intelligence Committee about Russia’s interference in the election.”
Q: How is McConnell still there without repercussion? IMO in plain sight he’s been hostile to America for at least a decade. Anti-American, anti-government. Obstructing on behalf of Koch brothers and the nra. And now Putin.

  33. August 10, 2018 at 11:31 am

There morons really do think they’re above the law. I hope he’s held in contempt of court.

Something hinky going on this morning at the Manafort trial:

    • August 10, 2018 at 11:58 am

Especially in light of this. The judge has been inordinately undermining the prosecution. I hope there isn’t a mistrial:

      • August 10, 2018 at 11:58 am

        This was filed this morning:

      • 74 0388jojothecat
        August 10, 2018 at 12:23 pm

The person the judge keeps attacking on the prosecution side is Assistant US Attorney Uzo Asonye. He is from Nigeria and to me it is obvious why the judge is picking on him. This judge is prejudiced against Mueller and his investigation. He is doing everything he can to show the prosecution in a negative light.

        • August 10, 2018 at 12:24 pm

I thought the same thing. Very pointed attacks on USA Asonye.

        • August 10, 2018 at 1:18 pm

great. how did he get the gig.

        • 77 Anna
          August 10, 2018 at 2:05 pm

I wonder if the judge could be viewed in a negative light by some of the jurors? I would be put off by his obvious attacks on the prosecution. Every jury I have sat on the judges were totally neutral towards all parties, or that was my perception.

          • August 10, 2018 at 2:08 pm

do you think it is a distraction tactic?

              August 10, 2018 at 2:30 pm

I was watching MSNBC don’t recall if it was LOD or RM’s show, but there was a attorney that had a case before this judge and he said this is typical behavior for this judge. The best thing to do is answer him back. He’s just combative because he can. I hate judges like this and I usually go with the side he picks on unless it’s the underdog with an appointed attorney who can’t afford a high price attorney.

Pelosi became the first woman speaker of the House of Representatives….

this is part of her speech that day

During her speech, she discussed the historical importance of being the first female to hold the position of Speaker:

This is a historic moment – for the Congress, and for the women of this country. It is a moment for which we have waited more than 200 years. Never losing faith, we waited through the many years of struggle to achieve our rights. But women weren’t just waiting; women were working. Never losing faith, we worked to redeem the promise of America, that all men and women are created equal. For our daughters and granddaughters, today, we have broken the marble ceiling. For our daughters and our granddaughters, the sky is the limit, anything is possible for them.[26]

They also never forgave her for saying “impeachment is off the table”. She should have never said that. When you give the GOP a break they see it as a sign of weakness. They would have started impeachment proceedings on HRC the day after the swearing her into office. I think Nancy is very effective as a speaker but not a good spokesperson for the party but no one else is either, so keep her as speaker. We just need someone else who can speak for the speaker like Ted Lieu,

      • August 10, 2018 at 4:27 pm

Even if the Dems take the HOUSE….and can Impeach Trump….they will not be able to garner 70 votes in the Senate…..but what they can do is hold Trump accountable…DEMS would now head…the Judiciary committee…the finance committee…the oversight committee ….Impeachment sounds great…but realistically it will never happen…and Trump would come out emboldened….
