Anderson Cooper correctly describes Trump-Putin press conference as “most disgraceful” performance ever by an American president. Putin owned Trump at press conference. If this reflects private US-#Russia discussions, US lost big time.

I have watched US-Soviet/#Russia presidential press conferences for more than 30 years, sometimes in the room. Have never seen anything as bad or embarrassing as @realDonaldTrump’s just-concluded performance.

First 2 questions were about Oil and were both pre-rehearsed. Then:
Q: “Do you hold Russia accountable for anything in particular?” A: “I hold both countries accountable. All are to blame. The probe is a disaster for our country. There was no collusion at all, everybody knows it and none of it relates to the campaign…I beat Hillary easily.. Zero collusion…ridiculous what is going on with the probe… I didn’t know the president…we ran a brilliant campaign and that’s why I’m President.”

The Illegitimate cretinous Trump had the balls to talk about diplomacy ‘left on the table’ after his gross serial attacks on our allies and Democratic nations on behalf of his rabid base. “Democrats who do nothing but resist and obstruct”. That is not something a President says on the global stage no matter what. Trump is the “global menace” and he just proved it again.

“Come at me, bro.” I remember when one feckless, so-called reporter asked Putin if he considered PBO to be weak. Vladimir side-stepped that landmine and the reporter looked ridiculous at best and treasonous at worse. Hell, Putin was even afraid of Hillary which is why he worked so hard to make sure she did not become president. Yet, these wave flagging republicans are being silent and complicit in attacks on the rule of law and our very democracy to hold up the world-wide disgrace that is in the white house. When democrats take back the house and the senate, there needs to be investigations, hearings and a shoring up of traditions to become laws with specific consequences.

This may be shallow, but I love seeing President Obama in that lovely, light gray suit. No press to say stupid things about it. He looks so at ease and relaxed. He is obviously loved wherever he goes. That is wonderful to see.

Not shallow; just joy and appreciation in seeing someone who deserves all good things having fun and living his best life. We know how hard he worked for a mostly ungrateful nation and we all wish him and his family the best of all things. Knowing he and MO are alive, doing well and still doing so much good for others, comforts us in some way and reminds us that there was a time in America when we were truly beginning to live up to its ideals. They still give us hope and remind us of the possibilities; they still inspire us to go out and to do what we can to make the world better.

SCOTUS Kennedy is also a traitor to this country if he steps down this year. He is in collusion with a traitor and his entire family.

The Trump-Bolton Misdirection on Russian Extradition: Plenty of Legal Options Exist to Gain Custody of Russian Suspects

On Sunday, President Donald Trump stated he “hadn’t thought of” pressing Vladimir Putin to extradite the dozen Russian nationals indicted earlier that week by Special Counsel Robert Mueller. When asked why not, National Security Adviser John Bolton gave a response that sounded legalistic: it would be “pretty silly” for President Trump to request the Russian fugitives’ extradition, he contended, because the United States lacks an extradition treaty with Russia and Russian law forbids extradition of its own nationals. Both should know better. Their comments suggest not that the Administration lacks legal options, but that it has no political will to seriously seek custody of the Russian fugitives.

Trump and Bolton’s comments fail—perhaps deliberately—to acknowledge the myriad legal options typically available to the U.S. government in what I call “foreign affairs prosecutions,” or criminal cases in which the executive branch is engaging its prosecutorial power and foreign affairs power at the same time. Such cases have proliferated in recent years due to the rise of transnational crime, which has in turn triggered legal adaptations to U.S. criminal law and procedure to close impunity gaps. Examples include the cases of corrupt FIFA officials, Mexican drug lord Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman Loera, and Edward Snowden.

BETRAYED: Americans have been betrayed and repeatedly publicly effed over and humiliated by Trumputin. Putin has long preyed on GOP weaknesses. Psychopaths like Putin and Trump feel no guilt, no remorse and do not break a sweat. Trump to someone who will protect him as long as they are in bed together. Psychopaths make you feel in imminent danger and blame you for it. I’ve seen it up close. The more you suck up to them the more they hate you and the more they victimize you. Trump is also victim to Putin’s psychopathy. He cannot help us.
It is up to us to end it.

Russians have been infiltrating our country for a very long time but more aggressively since 2009/2010. I have run into so many Russians “working” here and one I met came here from Cuba. Her adult children were also in the US and I wonder if they were here legally. The woman I met was on disability for hurting her back yet she was walking and did not behave like she had a bad back. I recall her telling me how ‘strong’ Putin was and America needed a leader who ruled with an iron fist. I told her to go back to Russia if she loves Putin so much. Don’t come to the USA and talk about how great Putin is…I told her Putin is a 2 bit thug. That while she is in the USA she needs to research the truth about Putin and not repeat talking points.
