During this series he talks to a variety of different people about the mistakes that have been made. About where we should go and how we should get there. I believe the dems are not in a wilderness. Any Democrat who votes for Kavanaugh needs to be kicked out of the party. Republicans were set to obstruct anything a President Hillary Clinton did. Our party needs to vote in lockstep against Trump’s judicial nominees on principle.
If it is true that Kennedy negotiated the Kavanaugh pick with Trump, all his decisions should be called into question. And this would merit a congressional investigation. https://t.co/1VgxuJbfge
Brett Kavanaugh spent 5 years in the Bush White House. He undoubtedly sent tens of thousands of emails. All of those are public record and Democrats and the media should demand that they be posted online like Elena Kagan's emails were.
Kavanaugh dissented from Merrick Garland in one case Iāve found so far, in which Garland ruled that Sea World should have done more to prevent a captive orca from dismembering an employee. Kavanaugh felt dismemberment was a reasonable risk of employment.
