What many don’t get. It’s personal for me.

I remember clearly telling my Mom when I was around 5 or 6 that “white girls were the prettiest and black girls were the ugliest.”

All the princesses, superheroes, leading ladies, cartoon characters, commercial actors, models and presented images of beauty were white…so as a kid it absolutely impacted my perception of what beauty was.

I remember how much that hurt my mother.

Our foundation has a one word mission statement: EXPOSURE. In all forms.

It’s why this movie matters…why it’s more than a movie.

Trump was a life-long Democrat and decided to run as a Republican because they are easily FOOLED! (He actually SAID THIS! though the stupid GOP voter won’t believe their lying ears). He naturally hates minorities and only wants to make money for himself. The GOP leadership is using Trump and he is using THEM.

It is possible that I have missed it. But I have not yet heard anyone ask these question: => since it was apparently been known since January, WHY didn’t the charges against the women’s abusers in the WH come out? !@ Who gave the tip to the Daily Mail? Given that the FBI had collected this evidence long ago, could some one in that organization be hitting back at the trump team which has been attacking them? Isn’t the Daily Mail a paper that is in agreement with the right winger republicans?

The current rumor is that Lewandowski mounted the offensive against Porter. Remember, Hope Hicks had an affair with him and is also now in a relationship with Porter, so it’s a real mess.

The pictures were horrible, how this guy didn’t have to answer for this abuse speaks volumes about were our country is at. The FBI warned the White House about this guy and he was still hired.

      • February 9, 2018 at 9:12 am

It starts from the head down….Trump sets the theme for the White House….why would they be worried about domestic abuse when Trump abused his wives and so many other women….

Trump vetting failures seen in scandals, firings, security lapses

Rachel Maddow points out that the high turnover of top officials in the Donald Trump administration is a symptom of the poor job Donald Trump is doing vetting the people he hires to work for the American people.

Porter access to secrets raises legal issue

Rep. Sean Patrick Maloney, former staff secretary to President Clinton, talks with Rachel Maddow about the access of the staff secretary to highly confidential information, and the Trump administration’s surprising lack of action despite knowing Porter’s issues.

I always thought Trump was a real danger to our national security. When he was elected, I couldn’t fathom how he himself could pass a background check and now we know he stuffed his office full of scofflaws.

Democratic counter to Nunes memo expected for Friday release

Rachel Maddow notes that the timing of the vote on the Democratic rebuttal to the Nunes memo, and expectations that Donald Trump will allow its release mean that it could be public as early as Friday – a very busy Friday.

    From WaPo:

For weeks, Mattis had been resisting requests from the White House to provide military options for Iran. Now Trump made clear that he wanted the Pentagon to deliver a range of plans that included striking Iranian ballistic missile factories or hitting Iranian speedboats that routinely harassed U.S. Navy vessels.

“Why can’t we sink them?” Trump would sometimes ask about the boats.

National security adviser H.R. McMaster and his staff laid out the president’s request for Mattis in a conference call, but the defense secretary refused, according to several U.S. officials, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss sensitive internal deliberations.

In the weeks that followed, the options never arrived.

Oh folks, I just watched David Letterman’s show on Netflix with George Clooney. So highly recommend it. Watching the first with Obama and this one with Clooney I cry at where we’re at n this country. We have to vote and get the Republicans out of power. We really are a compassionate country.

Isn’t it interesting how Trump describes a wife beater? We are being ruled by bigots and low lifes. Mueller has to hurry up with his investigation so we can get these miscreants out of the White House.
