Not a defender of Mr. Kristol.
He’s never been a Trumper. He’s spoken out against Trump for over 2 years now.
He has to atone for his past life before June 16, 2015.

No but he went along with the Faux News GOP talking heads who bashed Obama 24/7. In my opinion he helped create Trump by not tapping down the crazies in his party.

If true, just like the Sen Franken questionable accusers, by the time the truth comes out, guess what, Moore would have secured the AL seat. MSM would have moved on & Mission accomplished. The Left & MSM were once again used Via Propaganda & Lies & We….many joined in without any accountability.

        GA Nena.

I’m not rushing to judgment on either Franken or Conyers, but I do think they were both set up by the cabal supporting the grotesque evil occupying the WH.

MSM infuriates me because they leap at the slightest hint of Dem scandal — heard that Franken’s 2nd accuser only sent a tweet about her allegation — and yet it was on a loop on CBS radio yesterday. And of course, it appears that Roger Stone initiated the first accusation.

Heard on the radio today that Nancy Pelosi has asked that Conyers be investigated.

What bothers me the most is that Franken has been one of the most steadfast and clearest voices for fairness in the Senate — if he is forced out of his seat, we would lose this voice in the Senate:

        From October:

I’ve maxed out on the WaPo articles I can view, but from this tweet, I’m not sure who paid whom — whether Buzzfeed paid Cernovich, or if Cernovich paid Buzzfeed to report…

        GA, Arapaho.
I’m biased on Sen Franken. I feel like I know him. I have met him. He & his Wife, Fran are awesome. I believe him. I don’t believe the LeeAnn person.
Roger Stone, Hannity & this FM station in CA seem suspect to me. The whole idea is to take down Franken who they blamed got Session to recuse himself via his Questioning.
I hope that Conyers fight these accusations like hell. Dec 12th, AL Senate seat is why the Right is using #MSM to confuse Americans.

Thanks for offering your personal connection to Senator Franken.

I think JoJo is on to something, that Roger Stone and company are targeting Dems on committees that threaten the grotesque evil occupying the WH.

I like the way that Senator Franken is conducting himself as target of these attacks, and like I said, would hate to see him no longer in the Senate (for as long as the current abominable WH adm is in office.

Hoping that sanity will prevail next month in Alabama. Democracy is on the line.

I don’t usually post tweets from the grotesque evil occupying the WH, but I have to get this off my chest.

Another example of GEOTWH jumping the gun without bothering to gather facts — and when he does, it’s forever etched in his supporters minds as “fact.”

GEOTWH tweeted this on Sunday night:

I saw an article on Sunday that described the area where this occurred as treacherous terrain, and few persons attempt to cross the border at this location because it is so mountainous, with steep canyons.

Heard this report on the radio — that it appears the injury and death occurred because of a fall down one of those canyons (in the dark). I think that once again GEOTWH will have egg on his face — will our MSM follow up on this?

White House military personnel removed amid investigation into contacts with foreign women during Trump’s Asia trip

Three military personnel have been reassigned from their White House jobs amid allegations that they had improper contact with foreign women while traveling overseas with President Trump on his recent trip to Asia, according to officials familiar with the situation.

The service members all worked for the White House Communications Agency, a specialized military unit that helps provide the president, vice president, Secret Service and other officials with secure communications.

The episode comes after four military personnel on the same team faced allegations related to their behavior during an August trip to Panama with Vice President Pence.

    on Net Neutrality:

can I get some help reminding the companies that the internet was developed using tax-payer dollars and in government research labs?

as such, these companies claiming they need to charge people more for faster special service delivery need to be recall that they do not own the internet infrastructure – it is a collective good that must be used equally by all people

    • 68 arapaho415
      November 21, 2017 at 10:25 pm

      GE GCL.

Can’t help you there. The internet was developed using government resources, but what’s in question is how that service is delivered to users, which I think is a different issue entirely — I’m probably all wet here, don’t understand tech stuff at all, but for a long time I was on DSL because no carrier in my area offered broadband. Of course this isn’t the case now, but even now there’s only one or two options for internet service here, and IMHO all providers charge too much for the service.

Here’s what NY AG is doing:

      From AG Schneiderman’s letter:
“the process the FCC has employed to consider potentially sweeping alterations to current net neutrality rules has been corrupted by the fraudulent use of Americans’ identities — and the FCC has been unwilling to assist my office in our efforts to investigate this unlawful activity.

Specifically, for six months my office has been investigating who perpetrated a massive scheme to corrupt the FCC’s notice and comment process through the misuse of enormous numbers of real New Yorkers’ and other Americans’ identities. Such conduct likely violates state law — yet the FCC has refused multiple requests for crucial evidence in its sole possession that is vital to permit that law enforcement investigation to proceed.”

      snip /

“My office analyzed the fake comments and found that tens of thousands of New Yorkers may have had their identities misused in this way. (Indeed, analysis showed that, in all, hundreds of thousands of Americans likely were victimized in the same way, including tens of thousands per state in California, Georgia, Missouri, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, and possibly others.) Impersonation and other misuse of a person’s identity violates New York law, so my office launched an investigation.”

This is absolutely horrible. Worked around forward-thinking Navy military/civilian scientists and engineers (I’m not one 🙂 ) for 30 years … this news saddens me. Down the chain from the WH, there will be an incredible lack of technology transfer from the military to civilian use in the future, also, if this isn’t rectified. So many things (including the Internet) that have made our country what it is today were created in a government lab with tax dollars, and later we all took advantage of the science or technologies to improve our lives.

      GM JO’B.

No thank you. Saw this tweet in my Twitter timeline last night and was at all inclined to click on the video — having lived through many a holiday traffic jam myself.

The upside is that we usually don’t have bad weather to contend with — but unfortunately, because of climate change, we’re experiencing ANOTHER heat wave now (last of week October in was around 100F, this week only in the 90Fs, but it’s not cooling off at night like it used to 😦 ).

My poor container plants don’t know what to think — I cut back dying leaves of perennials for the winter, and some now have new growth and flower buds, apparently thinking it’s Spring 😦 . And a few of my succulents whose normal bloom time is Spring/Summer also have flower buds.

RIP David Cassidy. I had a huge crush on him from The Partridge Family. Kept posters from all the teen magazines of him, The Monkees, and The Jackson 5 plastered all over my bedroom walls. When I was a kid. I remember every song on this list. I’d freak out of I missed an episode of his show. Would close my eyes listening to “I Think I Love You” pretending he was singing just to me. 😌

I’ve mentioned before that growing up we had no reception for ABC (antenna only, ABC affiliate in San Diego was broadcast in Mexico, and we lived on the north side of a hill 😦 ), so rarely saw Partridge Family, but knew who he was because I loved 16 Magazine.

Nevertheless I had a huge crush on David Cassidy — I think we had only recently gotten a color TV, and he made guest appearances on shows we did watch (Mannix IIRC) and loved his glossy hair. And surprisingly, a person I hung out with at the UCLA dorms had very similar hair then — HR Haldeman’s son.

Indescribably sad that we’re losing the cultural touchstones of our youth. 😦

They tried to bully Obama and his press secretaries as they whined, lied, disrespected and carried water for the GOP now they are getting a taste of what it feels like. Like all bullies, they have revealed themselves to be spineless cowards. PBO treated them and the profession that they abused with respect and even comforted them when they were so clearly fearful about what was to come in that last press conference. Having said this, I usually hesitate to call another woman a bitch, but Sarah deserves that appellation and more.

Almost everything that went wrong by the private sector or mother nature was another “Obama’s Katrina” if he did not swope down like “super-negro” and fix everything that occurred years prior to his administration or when he was BORN! He was supposed to fix racism, centuries of other administrations policies against people of color overnight, and everything white presidents did prior to him being elected. He fixed a lot only for people to sit at home, do thing, wouldn’t vote and now it’s “Come Back Barack” Too Late MF’ers!

What is offensive is that you’ll accept this type of treatment and then bitch and moan about said treatment.

For a minute there, I thought you were calling ME out, Don. Thank God you weren’t, because I’m from New Jersey and we don’t accept that type of treatment. But we will bitch and moan, either way. Ha.

Well, now I’m thinking about that turkey bone! Ha. GWB only choked on a pretzel, so he was okay. But trump probably thinks pretzels are only for poor people, so anything could happen.

I think they have a good chance of winning this lawsuit because they allowed this special VIP access that NO OTHER hotel visitor had. He had special access to bring in numerous guns through a special access in-manned and no video elevator. If the hotel management had video access to this “special” elevator they might have suspicion of possible wrong doing. Maybe that’s why his plan in Chicago was scrubbed? Plus when he booby trapped the stairwell by placing cameras on the food cart. What hotel allows a food cart to be in the hall way THAT LONG? I bet someone complained, I know I would have if I were on the same floor. It is unconceivable that these fairly brand new hotels DON”T have cameras on every floor or elevator….then again this is Nevada. I know people who went there for the first time and will NEVER go back. I will NEVER go to Vegas again. You are a sitting duck with all their lax gun laws in Nevada.

I am sure that DOTARD in the WH does not do this because President Obama did it. He is purposely NOT honoring the military and their families because Obama did it. No service to help others because it was NEVER in him in the first place so I am glad he won’t even pretend he cares about others.
