(b) my country of birth, Uganda, has been ruled by my political oppressor who is not only brutal, corrup-to-the-core, and fake born-again Christian. Now this scumbag who has been in power since Jan 1986, has robbed the country of all its wealth & natural resources, was constitutionally barred from running again in 2020 because he would be more than 75 years old. Well, don’t you know the trend by now for scumbags => over the weekend he worked with his “church” & evil wife to resolve this obstacle. The couple brought the media to the “church” where of course they had discovered “new records of his birth”. So, sorry Ugandan citizens, but “the new records show that President was actually born in 1947 and NOT 1944. This new date of birth makes him eligible to run for another (read indifinite) term in 2020. That my dear TOD sisters and brothers is how one puts alternative facts into actions. What are you ordinary Ugandans going to do about me & the complicity “church”?????

When I saw this add over the weekend, my soul trembled, my spirit cried out, and my body was beset with chills. To see the truth that we live with, generation after generation shown so graphically, was so painful but also life affirming.
