My son’s in laws are from Trinidad and Jamaica (legally) and they usually go back for Carnival at this time… I do not know if they’ll do it this time. I know they have been upset- two of them work at the NIH and the FBI. They have to worry about their jobs and now this travel sh*t.
My co-worker is from Jamaica. She is a recent citizen, recently applied for her passport so she could go home and take care of some family business. But she’s put her travels on hold for a bit. This is crazy.

I wrote them a hot note about why I wanted no more communications from them. I would suggest that donations be given only to tried and true organizations that have worked for social justice for years, OFA and a few other organizations that have Obama alumni.
