What I fear is going to happen is Jared Kushner and Steve Bannon are going to end up “being” president with DT just doing the ceremonial portion. I feared that from the beginning, said many times I did not want those kids running around the WH. They are evil. I do not, however, see how it can be stopped. No way are the Rs in Congress going to stop this from happening and they are the ones with power to investigate. The Dems cannot begin an investigation any more than they can get legislation to the floor. This is why the press is going to be so important. Only public outrage will stop these people, and that may not work either.

I realize that a lot of people do not want the electoral college to change their vote and vote for Hillary, (because fear of chaos) and it wouldn’t change anything as the Senate can vote that down when votes are counted on January 6th by VP Joe, but it might shake the tree up enough to force the resignation of alt-rights. I think on MLK Day, there should be a super-duper concert on the Mall in appreciation of POTUS. That would rock! That would be a fabulous send-off. Can you imagine how many people would just be there? Then recruit them to work for the grassroots for next cycle. That sure would piss off those KKK effers & their kin.

Secretary Clinton is now the likely winner of the election. In any other democracy, she would be President-Elect – and America and the world would have hope for a better future. The last time a loser of the popular vote became President, unnecessary wars, atrocities, accelerating damage to the climate, and the near collapse of the global economy were the outcomes.
The United States of America nearly ended in 1860. Nothing since, not even the Germans & Japanese combined, have posed as grave a threat to the dissolution of the Union – until 8 November 2016. That is the hard, cold reality confronting you, our President, as the Oath Of Office leaves no doubt.
As a former Officer in the US Navy, as a physician, a scientist, a husband, a citizen, I must request you intercede.
Specifically, representatives to the Electoral College need to be fully informed of absolutely everything that the Government knows regarding foreign intrusions into our voting systems; everything that it knows of Trumps dealings with the Russians, Chinese and any other ‘hostile’ power; everything that is known about any foreign investments in Trump enterprises that could be used to leverage decisions in their favor; and, everything it knows about how Comey, in complete disregard for what the Attorney General recommended, intentionally interfered in the election at a moment timed to be maximally helpful to Trump.
Given the enormity of the crisis that a Trump Presidency will be, the Electoral College, for possibly the first time in US history, is the bulwark between preserving our Democracy and tyranny. I am, 100%, for getting rid of the undemocratic idea of electoral college. This will ensure that Presidential candidates will campaign in all the 50 states instead of spending all the time in the so called “battle ground states.” More importantly, it would ensure that the candidates who received the majority of the votes would be the legitimate winner of the presidency. I am also in favor of getting rid of the idea that each State, no matter its population size, is entitled to two Senators. Is it really fair that Wyoming, whose population is slightly over 1/2 a million people, and California with a population of 38 million people should each be represented in the Senate by 2 Senators. How in the world can the United States continue to claim that it’s a “Democracy”?
Come 2017, the entire U.S government will be a minority based government.
Listening to Common & Yolanda Adams sing “Glory”, it hit me why “fear” was so resonating in this election. The fear of the “other.” There must be a sense in these low information voters, and those who manipulated them, that there’s retribution coming. They assume that they will be treated as they have treated those “others”. Karma they feel is around the corner, a Karma they’d like to delay somewhat, no matter the cost to their immediate circumstances or selves. Strange that they don’t realize that they’re their own best Karma. Retribution is happening right now in the fake onset of their “emboldened” state. The snake is eating it’s own tail, now very near its head. Exposed, un-fanged.
I’ve never watched a reality TV show in my life. I think that I am going to begin now, by watching news about and around the Jackass’s administration until it explodes.

That is why I think our only hope is to take over the Senate in 2018 so we have some sort of way to stop some of it.
