Bobfr!!! Thank you so much for posting these! I got my email invitation to the Grand Opening today…was planning on attending…and then…..my fridge decided that it was going to bite the dust. Defrosted everything…chicken juice, pork roast juice…ice cream….popsicles…..stocked freezer, too. Broke my heart to have to throw all that food out. I have spent the day cleaning out BOTH fridges…scrubbing and cleaning all that sticky mess…then just cleaning and organizing my house. I go back to work on Monday.

This might sound perverse, but I’m waiting for my fridge to go out. They have so many new refrigerators with so many cool gadgets built in. My wife is sick and tired of me asking her lets to go get a new one.

I really don’t care about fancy fridges…as long as they work and are efficient, I don’t care. This was a mess…and considering that I didn’t really sleep all that well last night, this is the last thing I wanted to deal with today. Truly. That said, would it be wrong if I wished that your’s pooped out? Hope you get your fancy dream fridge:) I need mine to clean itself and cook dinner….if it can do that, I’d think about a shiny new one:) Good Luck!

I ordered my tickets this afternoon. Will go pick them up tomorrow. I always wanted to go to her show, but never been able to. She has done Asheville a couple times, but I wasn’t able to attend. As soon as I heard about this–and the night before the election–I was not going to miss it. Check it out.

Wow! Mitch McConnell, the Senate Majority Leader, is proud for being derelict in fulfilling his constitutional responsibility as a Senator. Sorry, but I really don’t see any difference between Mitch McConnell and Donald Trump. They both hate President Obama so much that they have no qualms about destroying the country so long as that destruction is blamed on President Obama.

Oh, df, I hope this story causes him to lose his bid for re-election. And I usually try not to think things like this for others.
But it just galls me that he says he is strongly pro-life, but then he does nothing to make sure that life is enjoyable once the baby is out of their mother’s body. This is just so despicable to me. The undue hardship and heartbreak he is causing parents, grandparents, siblings, etc., with the birth of these babies, many of whom, if they live, will need constant care and medical attention for their entire lives, is just beyond my comprehension.
I wish it were possible for one of the mothers of a zika baby to deposit their baby on Rubio’s doorstep and demand he care for that child, for even a week. This man, and so many other Republicans, are so utterly clueless that it truly astounds me. I am beginning to believe that the empathy part of their brains are non-functioning. What other reason can there be? I mean these innocent babies, and their families….I think of my little 8 month old granddaughter and I cannot begin to comprehend what it would do to our family if she had been born with this problem. Just the thought of it brings me to tears. I try so hard not to hate, but this man and his kind are really pushing my limits.

I remember him saying something like It is what’s in your heart not what you wear, but not getting anywhere with that and the photo of him standing without having his hand over his heart like the other politicians he just started wearing the flag pin all the time. The hand over heart picture was misrepresented as being the flag salute and his refusing to pledge whereas it was actually the playing of the National Anthem. I never put my hand over my heart for that either nor did most of the audience in events. Seasoned politicians are just well aware how photos can be misrepresented. Sad, but it was just foreshadowing much worse to come.
Dont’ know if anyone at TOD can help me. I recently updated my computer to Windows 10, and found that suddenly there was a little icon on the upper right hand side of my screen when I am on TOD that let me see people’s “likes” and “responses” to my posts. Never had that before and I really like it.
Well I just loaded CCleaner on my computer and ran the program, and now that little icon and its posts are no longer there. Does anyone know how to get it back? Or what it is called so I can go looking for it on the Internet or in Settings? Thanks for any help you can give me.
