If Hillary has the electoral college votes, she will be assumed to be the president-elect until the Electoral College meets and makes a formal declaration. So he can rant, rave and stamp his feet, but it won’t change reality–a concept he has a hard time grasping.
Losing the electoral college votes means Trump loses with or without conceding – many thoughts around that Trump will then start legal proceedings to overturn the election. I know it won’t work, but it sure will be ugly. Be interesting to see how the GOP congress critters respond.
