i remember early on how the so called feminist movement chastised the First Lady for not selecting what they called real Women’s issues….because to them military families…childhood obesity…were not real woman’s issues…there have been no comments by so called feminists re: the Let Girls Learn… Initiative….
an initiative that can go a long way of changing minds and hearts toward America while uplifting women and girls around the world…this is diplomacy in action…
Still livid at Michelle Cottle (google her name and you’ll see the article) a Tennessee sorority sister who whined that Michelle Obama wasn’t up to par as a First Lady.
This blonde, Princess Bride-type sweet thing has no idea what it’s like for non-elite Americans, is too young to remember the influence JFK President’s fitness program had on the nation’s schools.
She has no concept of food deserts in our urban communities and is too dense to see that FLOTUS’ WH gardens have inspired urban community gardens throughout the country and brought support and awareness to childhood obesity.
#CluelessCottle, will never take her seriously again.
A justice system that allows you to walk free after being charged in two separate rape cases. I bet there are even more women that he’s raped who were too afraid to come forward.
These survivors courageously came forward and this scumbag gets less than a slap on the wrist after wrecking lives.

California’s Central Valley has three times more freshwater in underground aquifers than previously thought, drinking water that could help the state weather future drought and fortify itself against a changing climate, according to a new Stanford University study.
But tapping that water, locked thousands of feet beneath the ground, will be expensive and comes with an enormous risk — it could cause the valley floor to sink, according to the study, published Monday in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences. Sinking land in the Central Valley is threatening roads, homes and other infrastructure, and reduces the amount of water some aquifers can hold.
“It’s not often that you find a ‘water windfall,’ but we just did,” said study co-author Rob Jackson, an earth system science professor at Stanford University. “California’s already using an increasing amount of groundwater from deeper than 1,000 feet. Our goal was to estimate how much water is potentially available.”
