Evening all
Thanks for highlighting this wonderful ceremony. Missed it earlier.
Hi there Almab, good to see ya & congrats on First 😎
Thanks GGail. Its been awhile since I logged in and saw ‘please leave a comment’. Must be due to my ‘brief encounter’ with PBO on the weekend.
Whaaaat????!!!! Tell me more about your “brief encounter with PBO 😯
I was driving down towards Pennsylvania Ave when we got halted at a stop light. Next thing I saw the flashing lights, the multiple escort cars and then the Beast. As I told vc, he forgot that he had an appointment with me and was rushing to get back. Then I saw his plane in New Jersey on Sunday on the way home. He could have offered me a lift. It was really kind of exciting. As close as I will ever get, I’m sure.
And Marine I flew over my house – definitely as close as I will ever get – definitely exciting – all the neighbors were out watching 🙂
We happily live for those small things.
🙂
Morning from down under 🙂 congrats on 1st Almablanca. Many thanks for another wonderful set of pics NW – wow he will be missed.
thanks 99!
I’m happy to see the SoCal officers receive this recognition from PBO. Wonderful!
Thanks NW for posting today’s event 😊
HAHAHAHA!…love this…i know the feeling
Didn’t PBO just talk about us “waiting” for someone, when we are the ones. I get concerned when I see this type of mentality being passed around on twitter.
PF, I know your daughter is getting ready to do her part, as should all of us. We should think of ourselves as the “Choir”, warming the peoples up for the heavy hitting “Preachers” 🙂
i understand what you mean…i think that folks are just excited to see the President campaigning again…there is something special about how he does his thing….
GE HF2.
Should have waited before duplicating your post. 😦
GE TODville.
Update on PBO’s foreign policy:
“Cuba’s top diplomat on U.S. affairs says President Barack Obama’s trip to Cuba advanced the normalization of relations between the Cold War foes and created momentum for more cooperation on agriculture, medicine and law enforcement.
Speaking after a meeting with U.S. officials in Havana, Director General of U.S. Affairs Josefina Vidal said President Raul Castro had evaluated his meeting with Obama as producing ‘positive results.'”
And more…
“My strong suspicion is after the full excavation of Donald Trump is complete, he will wish he never ran much less won the nomination.”
David Plouffe
I hope they wear his ass out, this isn’t some rinky-dink business deal he’s trying to win, this is for all the marbles. I don’t think Donald Trump is built to withstand what’s about to come his way. The meek may very well inherit the earth, but they will not inherit the Presidency of the United States of America.
Thanks, Don. Plouffe’s suspicions are like prophecies in my opinion. Trump was dealing with a bunch of lightweights in his primary race and has yet to be challenged by master campaigners like PBO. VP Biden and HRC herself. Not only has the HRC campaign accumulated reams of oppo research on him, they know how and when to use it.
Easypeasy.
God : Go forth and multiply.
A & E : Why?
Too funny. I think ya nailed it, amk!
GM/GE J’OB. How is son unit doing?
Doing grrrrreat, thanks! Has his first post-op appointment tomorrow with the plastic surgeon, and hopes to come home minus the tiny drainage tube that remains. Yeehaw!
Excellent. I am very glad he is recovering nice and smooth. May the pace continue.
Yes! Thanks again.
This would be a good retort from Hillary’s campaign, although I doubt she’d be going after that gang.
Not sure if this has been shared yet. But I’ll just leave this wonderful tweet here, for any who haven’t seen it.
And I post this, just for the title of the article: Obama’s Gorgeous Goodbye
Sob.
I don’t think there has even been a worse GOP candidate. His ignorance, racism and misogyny appeal to the lowest of the low. McCain and Romney look like paragons of virtue in comparison. He is not fit to polish the shoes of President Obama.
Totally agree!
