Bernie and his supporters are not interested in assisting a Democratic nominee! As far as I am concerned, their #1 goal is to destroy the Democratic Party and replace it with a Socialist Party.
I’m with you on that nath! In fact, I bet he’s holding back on sharing funds raised with the DNC, so he can instead fund independent candidates to run against Democrats.
I read that on BernieKos or something like that. Running independent candidates. I think though if he decided to run as a Democrat there would be a conflict big time if he took that money and decided to independently operate rouge campaigns on the Dem ticket. He would have to run those candidates as independents and I would think on money raised after that was declared. Also there is hope that we will not need his vote in the Senate and then we can see him primaried.
