    Thanks NW! Thanks Chips!
TOD is the best place to get the kind of coverage that’s PBO all the way. It’s so nice to know we will get all the info and pictures 🙂 ❤

Interesting photo above with the couple watching Pres Obama on TV, juxtaposition of symbols, the picture of Che Guevara on the wall, the crossc around the neck, watching the US President.

Each photo is like a painting in a museum, to me. I appreciated the juxtaposition you noted, as well.

Clicked thru new to see Cuba coverage. Hit on 60 Mins coverage of Argentine Pres., that was interesting. Then they just had to go & do the cringe factor — Cornell West segment. Jeebus! Click! Haven’t watched that show in years.

Thank you, both! Love it all.

Meta, if the Dems lose out on the PA senate seat, it’s because Ed Rendell decided to take revenge on Joe Sestak. Rendell is screwing up the primary and trying to hobble Sestak so he’ll be weaker in the general. To former former Gov. Rendell, his own personal vendetta is more important than the good of the state and of the country.

      • March 20, 2016 at 9:50 pm

Oh, gawd, why does that not surprise me. Rendell is among the very worst Dems. Is Sestak the likely primary winner? I see Casey endorsed McGinty.

i will be so glad to see the last of his hateful face and even more hateful personality. I hope that he is defeated with such a large margin that he has to slink away never to be heard in the public arena again. I hope his brand is destroyed and that he is almost paupered by the barrage of law suits that will come his way when those he has hurt in the past and the other busiuness and media sharks come after him when they scent his blood in the water. I have to record, then fast-forward through the few shows that I do watch to avoid seeing or hearing him or anything about him. He and the rest of the members of the clown car still think that if a Black man can be president then surely they can. The good news is that most of the voting public has not allowed this so far. Hope that even more come out in Nov. to shut this fool up and out.

This is one of those time when I’m tremendously happy that there is TOD!!!! 😀 😀 😀 One of my favourite cousins whom I haven’t seen in over two years dropped by with her family today; of course we fell into catch-up mode, the end of which means I’ve missed all the 1st-day Cuba sights.

I will first say ‘Thank God for Chips and for TOD.’

Then, before I head off to see how quickly I can catch up, I will add …

“Thank you Chips, NerdyW and any other Bt who may have posted, and thanks to all other commenting obots who have been on the trip.”

Now I’m here but maintaining my ‘quiet’ pose as I read and absorb everything. 😀 😀
