What really galls me is that the GOP uses their own actions of obstruction to make sure things do not get done then blame the lack of results on the President as not knowing how to work with Congress. Worse of all their tactics work with help from the media and gullible citizens.
I think we need to put these numbers in perspective. There are more GOP candidates in the race, with an undesirable candidate in the lead, and the 2nd and 3rd candidates neck and neck with each other. So it makes sense that their respective supporters will be very enthusiastic about making sure their candidates win.
There are only 2 Dem candidates, one of whom has a clear lead, and is considered to be an acceptable presidential candidate. That was not the case in 2008, when by this time, the race was much closer. I think once the Dem party has an established nominee, the OFA aparatus will be in full swing. You will see PBO put his signature campaign stamp on the whole operation. Then the other big guns like FLOTUS, the Bidens, Bill Clinton, etc will all do their part.

The Blackest and best Black History Month ever ended yesterday and I am just reveling in itâs abundant noirness. Still. It was utterly lit. Like Olympic Torch lit. Like Christmas Lights when you do too much so you keep the neighbors up all night because your house is one giant flashlight lit.
There were so many amazing moments too. Letâs talk about it!
Frederick Douglassâ Google Doodle Blowout
On February 1, Google dropped their Doodle to commemorate Black History Month. We did not know what was to come in these 29 days, but we shoulda known it was a special one. An animated Frederick Douglass was featured on Googleâs homepage, welcoming us into February with a blowout that was so legit, I was almost jealous I no longer had an afro. My man Frederick rocked the most righteous coiffure and we had to start the month by paying homage to that.
I caught 10 seconds of him ranting on MSNBC (apologies for watching – only US channel I can access) – before I turned off the sound. How different to listening to PBO – regardless as to whether he won or lost. He looks/sounds like the angry old guy next door.
Actually, I hope he doesn’t drop out. I think that Hillary staying in the race in 2008 even though it was obvious she wasn’t going to win was a positive for PBO. And he has some good ideas which still need to be heard.
As long as he doesn’t do the idiot routine he often does.
I was a poll worker and as long as he was not wearing any insignia or telling people to vote for his wife he’s fine. Anyone can visit a polling place and observe what happens. They are not allowed to interfere with voters and I don’t think he did that.
Hopef, you know how you’re always bragging about your text connection with PBO? This would be an ideal time to remind him that *I* am available for a birthday treat on *that* date!
ps: my passport is up to date too
Well, vc, you’re in luck because PBO just sent a text saying that he has your number and doesn’t have any plans for *that*day so he’ll be happy to arrange something with ya! đ đ
They’ll be undocking in 4 minutes around 8:02 Eastern.
Around 10:32 they will begin descent into the atmosphere
Around 11:35 they land in a remote area in Kazakhstan!
Commander Kelly flies to home to Houston tomorrow where SLOTUS Jill Biden will be among the digniteries there to welcome him.
Evening folks. Those tweets and statements by Paul Ryan are so out of touch with reality. The GOP leadership problem isn’t the ideas Trump is espousing, but rather that he is so blunt in his espousal of them.
Despite what GOP leaders may say, fact is Trump is face of GOP and represents the same ideas the leaders do. He's just more honest about it.
And while Trump is screaming about what he will say to Putin – the Russians and Americans are working together bringing home the latest team from the space station. All of the GOP is out of touch with everything.
Congrats to GGail!

WOW!!!!! MHP is exposing the MSNBC culture.
Her silence implied consent; when they came for her, there was no one left to speak up…

Double THIS!

“Her silence implied consent; when they came for her, there was no one left to speak up….”
EXACTLY. THANK YOU.
You speak TRUTH, Jazziz! Let’s hope she learned a valuable lesson.
She is late to this apology. I know she wanted to keep her job. But what about when she was made to apologize to Ann Romney for something she didn’t even say? That was pathetic.

They have no shame, 99ts. If they did, things would be different in Washington right now.
What really galls me is that the GOP uses their own actions of obstruction to make sure things do not get done then blame the lack of results on the President as not knowing how to work with Congress. Worse of all their tactics work with help from the media and gullible citizens.
Tired of the shock and surprise of white folks re: racism…Ooooooo weeeeeee
I really want to see this movie
Me too! Can’t wait!
â¤
I know that Karma still has some work to do with these…
Never ever forget â they CHOSE ECONOMIC TREASON AGAINST THIS COUNTRY IN THE MIDST OF THE WORST ECONOMIC TIMES SINCE THE GREAT DEPRESSION
One of these traitors is now Speaker of the U.S. House of Represenatives.
Wooooooot! Go Georgia! Early voting turnout shatters 2008 record! My vote is in here! đ đ đ
Okay, maybe not so great! Dammit Democrats!
I sure hope that extra 100k Republican voters is people trying to vote Trump out. Sheesh!
Yeh I know. I said pretty much the same thing earlier today talking with a friend. Seeing those hard numbers got me nervous. Thanks for bring me back from the brink. đ
thanks for your commentary
LIVE NOW: Bernie Sanders Campaign Event In Vermont – http://www.cbsnews.com/liveFeed/widget.shtml
I think ‘Feel the Bern’ is a really asinine slogan and this poster just looks silly.
Silly but better than plagiarizing PBO’s posters.
Yeah, that was horrible. đ Silly is a step up.
It’s the ’60’s, Baby…
That gave me a giggle đ
And this is only the primary – getting all their excuses ready for November
đ
When the Democratic nominee has been decided, four of the greatest campaigners this country has will be freed to enter the fray.
POTUS, VPOTUS and their amazing partners will pave the way as they have so graciously for the last four years.

This is snowballing

Well, vc, you’re in luck because PBO just sent a text saying that he has your number and doesn’t have any plans for *that*day so he’ll be happy to arrange something with ya! đ đ

I heard that Malia and Sasha were going on the trip with POTUS and FLOTUS to Cuba. Have anyone else hear anything about it?
Haven’t heard, but that’s gonna be sooo cool!
I would love that. What an historic moment and it would be something to have them all there. I think they would love it.
I’m confused – maybe not – I’m listening to the link – do you know how long is the trip? I gather due to leave in 7 minutes

Now on the way home
Evening folks. Those tweets and statements by Paul Ryan are so out of touch with reality. The GOP leadership problem isn’t the ideas Trump is espousing, but rather that he is so blunt in his espousal of them.
And while Trump is screaming about what he will say to Putin – the Russians and Americans are working together bringing home the latest team from the space station. All of the GOP is out of touch with everything.
yay, go prez bernie.
New post.
