The Republicans made Donald Trump and his racists supporters by saying for seven years that lying, disrespect, name calling, racism was just fine toward this black President. If years ago Republican leadership would have stood up and said to their base we disagree with President Obama policies but we will not tolerate any form of racism toward him or anyone else. Instead they allow it and alot of Republican politicians from Capital Hill to local and state show their racism and the leaders of the Republican party remain silent. So now to the Republican leadership the racists freaks have been set free and Donald Trump is their leader..But you have alot to do with it too. Yes Trump has resonating with something, it’s call RACISM.

Morning. Isn’t this the day the money for operating the federal government runs out? All Trump all the time and this critical issue seems to have disappeared from the news.
Last night I made a vow that I hope I can keep. I’m going to do everything in my small power to ensure that a Democrat is elected president in 2016, but I’m not going to be sucked into panicking over the evilness of the R presidential candidates until next November. Worry and anxiety over this has been sapping my strength and keeping me awake at night. We (I) can’t let them do that to us (me).

Goodness morning JG. I know exactly what you mean. It is all-consuming for me. I am surrounded by stupid people that want fear to be a staple in our lives, which is exactly what Osama bin Laden wanted and is happening. I too will work to get a Dem in the Whitehouse even though I will hold my nose to vote for HRC.

The firearm, a fully loaded… It’s not uncommon for the Augusta area stores to find as many as three guns a year in donation boxes …
Last year, Goodwill donated more than 1,100 rounds of ammunition to the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office. Some ammo was set aside for training; some was destroyed. …

I have a proposal to make to TODers, which I hope we can explore on different posts. Since we’re entering a long season of the dark soul in this country, it would be good if each of us made a commitment to post something positive each day. By that I mean a positive event on a local, state, federal or international level, or a comment from one of more of the decent people that I believe still number in the majority in the US. I’m not talking about being oblivious to all the ugliness in the word, I just talking about providing an antidote.

Don’t laugh, Rikyrah, but I was going to get tickets from my son and I to go see Star Wars at 8 am on a Sunday morning. My wife was like “you’re a grown ass man and you’re going to subject our son to your dumbassery.”

CNN is the home of next week’s Republican debate, and tonight’s ever-encroaching instance of corporate synergy found Turner’s Charles Barkley being forced, hostage-proof-of-life style, to talk politics. And talk he did, slamming Donald Trump and trashing CNN—saying the network has “done an awful job this election.”

We really feel for the person who had to tell Barkley he was going to be forced into a five-minute discussion of politics. But it was not, exactly, great television—even if he characterized Republican voters as “losers” and that “your life sucks because of you.” That portion alone probably makes this all worth it.

Good morning all of TODville. I saw yesterday someone mention that we should post good news daily, I so agree. I’ll start today with my local news. Last night I went to an early fundraiser for my MT legislator, Bryce Bennett. He started in politics as a very young man, 21. This will be his last election for the legislator, we have term limits. I am so hopeful he will then run for the Senate against our Daines. Bryce restores my hope that there are many honest, hard working, compassionate, young people getting into politics. He has worked hard on voting rights, medicare expansion, and LGBT rights. I do believe he will be someone to watch. He has a facebook page.

Uh! Birthday festivities have made me remiss: the New Moon conjunction took place this morning 12/11/2015. 19.03 Sagittarius. 5:29 am EST 2:29 am PST. There you have it – and MP enjoyed a most wonderful Solar Return yesterday. Thanking all for the well wishes, love, Light and prayer! I feel a very fine year moving in. (Despite the nasty efforts of the GOP to disintegrate all life on Planet
    Earth) (They will fail miserably)
