It’s not my party of choice, and I will still vote against them next year – but having sanity at the head of government is a big plus. They may well survive the election because of this – no way would they have won with Tony & his seriously deficient cabinet.
Well, it may be a slow move toward progress, but at least it’s leaning forward. 😏

So hope he remembers it Dudette – only thing I can remember from when I was 4 – my mother took me to visit a lady who had a cuckoo clock. The best behaved child ever – I sat there forever waiting for that cuckoo to appear. No idea why that is my 4 year old memory – probably because PBO wasn’t born at that time 🙂

I don’t recall meeting any world leaders when I was four, but I can say with some certainty that being an Army brat living in Okinawa at the time had a big impact on me. 😌
I walked some miles to see the Queen when I was 7 – does that count? She travelled hundreds of miles standing at the back of the “royal train” while the populace hung over the railway fence and waved flags – NO security & no problems.
And lost of “important folks” wondered around Army bases – you probably met some of them without knowing 🙂

Thanks, dudette. There is a lot of truth in those comments. Innocent people died because GW Bush took “revenge” on the wrong people out of spite. The underlying tragedy of 9/11 was that it occurred when a moronic fool was president of the US who took a horrific situation and made it one thousand times worse.
