    Brilliant Tweets, NW.
I don’t have a problem with #AllLivesMatter had it been FACTUAL. I have a problem with fellow citizens getting all bothered with #BlackLivesMatter and making excuses whenever a Policeman kills an unarmed Black or Brown person.
I have a problem whenever some deny Racism, Separate and Unequal, Inequality, Structural and Institutionalized pronouncement of Justice in the Judicial System that heavily disenfranchise the Black and Brown Community.
I mostly have a Huge problem with those who benefit from the inequality and then turn around to Blame those who have Never had the same opportunity.

All lives should matter but it’s obvious that some lives matter more than others. All lives matter is a lie since Black lives are easily ended with no repercussions. Ask Zimmerman who wasn’t even a cop but walked away free after murdering a young Black man. The cops didn’t even want to arrest him.

As I have said before, the All Lives Matter nonsense comes from the same place of hatred that the “I Can Breathe” t-shirts cops wore in response to the “I Can’t Breathe” rallying cry. It was designed to shut the discussion down. “All Lives Matter” is a way to maintain the status quo of police murders of unarmed Black folks by blame shifting. “All Lives Matter” implies an equal treatment of AA’s and white folks by the police that is patently untrue (and has NEVER been true in this country’s history). “All Lives Matters” is basically saying that the playing field is level and police murders of unarmed Black people are the fault of Black folks, not the police. Like the racists on Fox, the “All Lives Matter” proponents are pointing to behavior, not race, as the cause of the police murders of Black citizens. The underlying premise is that if Black folks acted like white folks there would be no police murders of unarmed Blacks. Let’s not forget that Bernie Sanders said that racism is over in America. Implicit, but unstated, in that statement is the belief that any problems of discrimination faced by Black people is the fault of Black people. The left blaming the victim of racisms for their plight, same as the right. Sanders knew of the statistics that show disparate experiences and opportunities Black and white Americans experience when he made that ridiculous statement, but he blames the oppressed not the oppressor for the situation. This is the safe and comfortable position of a white supremacist who refuses to see himself as such.

Fantastic! Now that training camps are about to open I can now focus all of my attention on Football ( real football and not that stuff they play overseas where the players fall down and fake an injury if you look at them wrong).

You mean Throw Run Carry Hand-Egg.

Hot men (and women) running for 90min with no commercials is AWESOME.

It’s not an hour game, with 11 minutes of actual play time, by over-steroided players in pads and spandex, that takes away 4 hours of my life that I’ll never get back.

        😀 😀 😀

All of the families that have lost love ones at the hands of the police have one thing in common. They all have been asked to calm a citizenry that hasn’t even begun to voice their outrage. Think about that for a moment, your child or brother or sister gets murdered by the police and the first contact you have from the mayor’s office is someone asking you to talk to the people in your community and ask them stay calm. That is the madness that African Americans have to endure, a ten year old child gets gun downed on a playground and someone from downtown ask you to help them calm your community down. Obviously this approach hasn’t worked because our brothers and sisters are still getting gun downed in the streets. Stop telling us that we have to stay calm, in case you haven’t noticed, that’s all we’ve been fucking doing is staying calm but yet you still kill us. Maybe someone can tell us what approach we can take to make the police stop killing us, I’m all ears.

Israel/AIPAC/GOP Must know they won’t win against the World and Iran.
So, what’s the purpose of these assaults?
Smearing PBO? Denigrating him? Demonizing him?
61/2 years into their unceasing negativity PBO appears stronger than ever.
What am I missing and it must be something because I am surprised by the intensity and $$$$ being thrown into what seems to be a lost cause.

Vicki, if you find out what you’re missing, do share with me as I seem to be missing it too. Such consistent intensity against what amounts to a ‘stay’ for war is too much. If they are so convinced this is not the answer to Iran, what’s wrong with trying it, especially as they have no concrete alternative other than ‘bomb, bomb, bomb Iran’? At least if it’s tried and fails, they’d be in a stronger position to argue for war! I really do not understand people who are largely irrational!

          • July 30, 2015 at 4:40 pm

I think that may be precisely because it’s a lost cause. They will go on kicking and screaming to make it look PBO is going against the will the of the people. They cannot allow him any success on this. They are losing and losing bad.

The horrible TV ads are punishing anybody who has the television on in NY. Probably in lots of other markets across our country.

The President will have his success. No matter what they do. I cannot make sense of it. They are stirring up hate and to my mind for no apparent gain.

So far Diane Feinstein, Martin Heinrich, and Dick Durbin are the Only Senators saying they will vote Yes with PBO on the Iran Deal.
Durbin, not Schumer, should be the next Dem leader on the basis of this alone.

If any Democrat is leading the effort to get this deal through the Senate it is not apparent to me.
One by one I believe many senators will fall in line and back their President. This will be a long few weeks for those who worry as I do. SS better up their game big-time because the hate is dangerous to Our Beloved President.

“Paul’s Senate office referred inquiries to his presidential campaign, which did not return a request for comment.” So no-one speaks for the Senator?

And there’s a neat little runaround. Always demanding that the President answer their tantrums – NEVER being responsible for their own actions.
