This must have been one fascinating conversation indeed. Dude with the phone? Yes, we feel the same way too. 😜

Good god but PBO is “PRESIDENTIAL”… Among any number of other very appealing attributes he possesses, as well… Just sayin’…

We all know that there will come a time when we can all say “We knew her when” Nerdy is going places. She is so smart and talented and she understands what is going on in the world. We are so proud to know that Chips was smart enough to have her start with us.

Does anyone know what time the President’s address is tomorrow? I’ll be home, so will actually be able to watch it in real time…..

      GE Carolyn.

Looks like just before 11am your time.

How’s the weather in “tornado alley” now?

this should be interesting…esp when he speaks about women’s health…driving these issues home…reminds me when he spoke at Notre Dame Commencement in 2009 and did not shy away from the issue of abortion….his courage and integrity makes me proud

You do my heart soul and mind good, NerdyWonka, day in day out; the words the pix the humor the sorrow, energetically faithfully brilliantly wittily righteously steadfastly gathered sorted found worthy and placed in the TOD family room. Love the 2nd photo of our CinChief moving around the room, taking it all in stride; and greeting President Sall of Senegal, and laughing out Loud with PM Merkel; and best of all headed home. where we need him and love him so much. Oh and his sweet cool family does too! Thankful for you NW!

Trying to catch up from a day out and about….my car stinks now because I went to the flower nursery to buy some flowers to plant…and I also bought some organic(think manure) soil. Holy shit. It was 104 degrees today and I left the soil in the trunk and the smell has permeated through the entire car. GAG! Honestly…that wasn’t too smart:)

Speaking of smelly shit, that John Thune is a particular piece of smelly shit. Nasty piece of work.

Merci beaucoup for the compilation of these cool pics, NerdyW! I haven’t been as engaged with this trip as it came so close upon the heels of Beau’s ‘bon voyage’ celebration, so some of these I’m only not seeing. The 2nd from the top made me do a double-take; apart from the fact PBO’s entrance brought a runway to mind, at first glance I thought it was former attorney general, Eric Holder.

    As always, awesome, Nerdy.

In other news, the first phase of my house tidying up and reorganization has gone well. I think that calls for cookies and milk.

    See everyone tomorrow.

Thanks for the stellar roundup, NW!

It’s astounding to me that there’s crickets from MSM about how masterfully PBO has laid an agenda that will affect the entire world beyond our lifetimes, secured agreement from the contentious EU to extend sanctions that expire next month against Russia and is prepping the world to accept more American exports.

PBO has good reason to look so relaxed and happy. And that glorious alpine air and scenery probably did him a world of good. Maybe the Obamas and Bidens can vacation there together after next year. 🙂

The multiple choice questions accompanying the photos of Chancellor Merkel cracked me up:

I love seeing these re-caps! If it weren’t for TOD I’d think the only result of these meetings were some Obama gaffs on foreign policy (from a brief exposure to Wolf on CNN in a public business). Other than such outright attacks, the msm has been quite silent on the President’s trip. I am so deeply grateful for this magnificent man.

  26. June 9, 2015 at 1:50 am

    Congrats MP!! 🙂

Many, many thanks NW for your diligent efforts to keep all of us up to date on President Obama’s daily accomplishments!!

    good night TOD
