gm vc – I did read that last couple of words to be “if I live” and I wondered was your breakfast cooking of the Chips standard!

But then I read it again & came back to sanity.

Good morning TOD – we are at last having lovely Autumn days – hope your spring has sprung.

Greetings, TS. Oh no, though twins, Chips and I diverge …widely….when it comes to food! See you in a bit /rushing out before she comes storming in all offended at the truth/.

Good morning Chips. Morning everyone. Thanks for the pics. I missed everything yesterday, so am going back to catch up. Have a super day.

Good morning, TOD. Going to be rushing out the door soon for my food pantry service day. Before I do, wanted to ask if anyone saw the Judith Miller interview on CBS this morning. She haas a new book, “The Story.” Of course, about WMD’s and the role she played in that BIG FAT LIE. It was an “interesting” interview to say the least.

    Have a blessed day!!

I answered you back there df – so sorry that McCain thinks he has enough brain matter left to stay in the Senate. Is there any chance he can be defeated?

Morning to you, 99ts…or is it evening? 🙂 There’s a chance. Some RWNJ’s around here don’t think he’s looney and dangerous ENOUGH! You know the type…he’s in his 80’s now…good for him, but his mindset is stuck back in the 1930’s…time for new, more progressive blood. I hope that someone special takes the opportunity to run against him. And wins.

Hope the opposition highlights that he is heading down the slope to senility – cause that is sure how he comes across.

I’ve always disliked the slimy Schumer –even before POTUS was elected. If he didn’t have the “D” after his name I would swear he’s a republican.

I emailed Schumer as well to give him a piece of my mind. it was polite but I sure wanted to unload a lot more on him and any other weak-kneed Dems that feel like they might want to try to sabotage MY president.

You have to wonder if any of these Senators have actually done anything in their lives other than being politicians. After EVERY SINGLE WORD in a final agreement will be negotiated not only with Iran but the other members of the P5+1, these Senators think they will be in a better position than the negotiators to make the deal “better”. Their arrogance is breathtaking. But this also is my fear. If the Corker bill passes before a final agreement is inked, Iran may well have second thoughts about whether any final deal will in fact be implemented by the US. Kerry’s hand will be substantially weakened in the negotiations, and the opposite effect from what Schumer and others supposedly intend will be the result.

Yup, so carelessly undermining the US foreign policy borders on treason.

The agenda here is the same as it was on the evening of January 2009. PBO’s First Inauguration.
About 20 GOP leaders INCLUDING Sen. Corker met to plot the downfall of the new President.

The obvious difference now is that Chuck Schumer and other Dem leaders have joined them Openly.

President Obama is joined by the World community—-China, Russia, England, France Germany and the majority of the American people.

I guess it is a great thing that POTUS does not need Congress to move forward on the Iran agreement.

So all this is much ado about nothing.

Rand Paul’s Lying Freak Show going to announce his intentions to run for President today? Should be worth some laughs and some cringeworthy moments, that’s for sure! America…he’s a fraud!

Anthony Ray Hinton blames racism for wrongful jailing.

A man released from prison after nearly 30 years on death row in Alabama has blamed his conviction on being black and poor.

Prosecutors dropped the case against Anthony Ray Hinton, 58, when new ballistics tests contradicted the only evidence that linked him to the murders of two restaurant managers in 1985.

He told the BBC the case against him was “built around racism and a lie”.

His advocate Bryan Stevenson said the case demands a review.

He said he was told by police the crime would be “put on him” and there were five things that would convict him.

“The police said: ‘First of all you’re black, second of all you’ve been in prison before, third, you’re going to have a white judge, fourth, you’re more than likely to have a white jury, and fifth, when the prosecution get to putting this case together you know what that spells? Conviction, conviction, conviction, conviction, conviction.’ He was [right] and that’s what happened.”

Mr Hinton said: “To me, America need to clean up their own home before they tell another country about human rights. I’m a primary example. America don’t care nothing about human rights.”

He described the feeling of being free as like a child having his first Christmas.

    (and the kicker).

Asked if he felt angry about the people who imprisoned him he said: “I am a joyful person. I have a good sense of humour and that’s what kept me for the 30 years I was locked up.

“I couldn’t let them steal what I had left which was joy. They had robbed me of my 30s, my 40s and my 50s so if I get mad and hate them I’m letting them steal my joy.”

so, beebs did a story about him, did any of the murkan msm?

      Schumer is bought by Israel.

      • April 7, 2015 at 10:53 am

let me tell you what i think….the real puppet masters are those that profit from war death and destruction…those that do not want a peaceful accord…those who do not want harmony…i think we need to look at the man behind the curtain..

saying all that we still have to call out Schumer and any Dem who tries to 1. undermine the constitutional powers of the Presidency and 2. calls for war and not peace

So pretty and the complementary color scheme of their dresses. As I said recently. Feast your eyes, fashionistas. We won’t be seeing another FLOTUS like this one any time soon.

      • April 7, 2015 at 11:17 am

If someone told us that Michelle Obama would be a HUGE boon to the fashion industry we would probably have not believed it. But, yes, in addition to all the really great works for health, education, children, vets, women & young girls she conducts on behalf of our country, she’s also catapulted the careers of lesser known designers and been a champion of design and the arts for the very young with dreams. Just completely amazing.

Meta, Ben Rhodes is saying that PBO and Raul castro will meet “on the margins” not on the schedule. We are getting better at the predicting business with all the practice we’ve been getting.

Also—BFD—Ben Rhodes is in the final stages of reviewing Cuba’s presence on terrorist list.

If Cuba is removed from that list—a US Embassy will be coming to Havan soon!

RW will not know what to screech about first. Cuba? No! Iran. No! Cuba!!! No. Immigration! No. Repeal Obamacare.
Oh, and I expect a list from Ash Carter very soon with the names of Guantanamo detainees on their way to freedom.

    • April 7, 2015 at 11:12 am

I actually think this may be even better. Press will make much, much more of an “accidental encounter” than a bilat, much as they did with Castro at Mandiba’s funeral or PBO & Putin bumping into one another at a big summit. Photos and chatter will explode. HA!
