How convenient. I guess Don Trumpled is fine having a President dumber than his son-in-law now that having graduated from college just does not matter. The Donald could not believe that a “black” person could achieve what PBO and demanded to see his college transcripts. I hope Scotties college years are looked into down to having gotten a girl preggers. I think the Kochs are going to be sorry to put all their billion dollar eggs into Scotty Walker.

People who were frightened that “Obama” was going to take there guns and he had the government buying all the ammo when it was the white racist nut jobs buying it faster than it could be manufactured because the NRA was scaring these so-called-brave-americans.

Update on the missus’ interview Monday.

    1. I shall be going with her for moral support.
    2. I think she has a good chance to get the job. I tried to look up the Craigslist ad featuring it, and it had been removed. So they’re not accepting any more CVs.

    Do I have this straight?

In 2016 GOP/msm are targeting for destruction the following: ACA, minimum wage, Labor rights and labor organizations, abortion rights, voting rights and so on.

In 2016 DNC plans to whine about the Koch brothers.

      February 13, 2015 at 5:23 pm

Yeah, the Dems will whine and talk about the unfair playing field. Instead, they should be out there aggressively attacking the GOP for wanting to do exactly what you talk about.

    • February 13, 2015 at 5:30 pm

You forget Social Security. The GOP wants to privatize it. Pronto.

I think we ALL need to write the Democratic Party or find out when they are meeting and complain LOUDLY. Complaining to folks who call us for money is not working and is unfair to them. I get emails begging for money to stop the KOCHs. My meesely money won’t stop them they need to talk about what the Democratics WILL DO compared to what the Rethugs ARE DOING.

    • February 13, 2015 at 5:47 pm

The Left will not match the Right in money or favorable media. It HAS to conduct a guerilla campaign, emphasizing voter education and turnout. I wonder if ANY OF THESE IDIOTS has taken stock of how well focusing on the Kochs worked out this past election? God. I really had been hoping that Dems had learned from the best campaigner and framer of issues in the past 50 years. But the party hasn’t.

Guess what? Some of those who voted for President Obama are slow to commit to Hillary Clinton.

I think some are waiting to see what our VP does. I can’t believe that there are not some wealthy people who like him, and don’t want to commit before they learn what he is doing. Every thing he is doing, every thing he is saying makes me think he’s going to jump in….on his own time table. Am I deluded here, or does anyone agree with me?

        • February 13, 2015 at 6:49 pm

Fully agree, Carolyn. He and President Obama are masterful political strategists and both of them are obviously committed to having leadership in the White House on 20 Jan 2017 that will sustain what the two of them have busted their butts putting in place.

My two cents is that Joe is in.

          Posted this on today’s R&S:

I banish any thought of 2017, one of the reasons I’m so adamantly opposed to 2016 candidates now, with the except of @VP Joe.

More proof of how MSM is crawling deeper into the pockets of GOP/Comcast/Kochs — simply because Dick “dick” Cheney didn’t run in 2008, media dismiss @VP’s ACCOMPLISMENTS — apparently being a Senator at the earliest age possible, being a humble (i.e., not high-flying) Senator taking public transit to work for 36 years without a hint of actual scandal (that plagiarism frothing was all MSM fever) does not qualify a Dem for being President — yeah Yahoo Tundra Twit, Lying Ryan, Rand “conspiracy theories” Paul, Newt “grifter” Gingrich, Rick “oops” Perry, ad nauseum are worthy of national speculation and donations from this country’s most greedy and heartless.

      Slight opening????
That is an awesome huge spot, gaping wide.
AhaHa! no wonder they make a BFD everytime someone joins Lady W’s team. Few and far between.

I am not a math whiz but it looks to me according to the numbers given in that article that only 7% of big donors to PBO have ponied up for the campaign-in-waiting.

      Good find Meta. TY

“Republican members of Congress say they are eagerly waiting to hear directly from Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on why the nuclear deal being negotiated between the United States and its P5+1 partners (including its three closest NATO allies) and Iran is so dangerous. “At this time, Congress must unequivocally demonstrate to Israel’s enemies that there is no daylight between the United States and its embattled friend and ally,” wrote Rep. Trent Franks (R-AZ) in a letter signed by 47 of his House Republican colleagues in support of Speaker Boehner’s invitation to Bibi last week. “It is necessary now for Congress to hear from Prime Minister Netanyahu, and welcome his expertise on Iran’s regional designs.”

Which, of course, brings to mind once again Netanyahu’s demonstrated regional expertise in his enthusiastic promotion of the invasion of Iraq in testimony before the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform on September 12, 2002. His appearance was transparently part of the Bush administration’s (and the neoconservatives’) campaign to persuade Congress to approve the Authorization to Use Military Force (AUMF) against Iraq—which it did one month later, on October 16, 2002.”

“All of which raises the question: given his proven powers of analysis and foresight, why are we listening to Bibi Netanyahu on how to deal with Iran?”
