Wow! AMK Good morning TOD folks!

  2. January 14, 2015 at 10:14 am

Passing the time until PBO is here in Iowa today by following #ObamaInIA on Twitter! 🙂

      GM Muscatinegal,

I too am excited about PBO’s appearance in Cedar Falls.

Encourage everyone to take 3+ minutes to view PBO’s intro to his speech today.

My harddrive crashed yesterday, so am using a computer that I can’t capture screen images, but would like to call your attention to 2 in this video:

      1) PBO’s hands (sigh, naughty mat needed)
      2) Chart that shows Cedar Falls IA (and Kansas City, Chattanooga) apace with International cities like Paris for Internet speed. Alas, San Francisco (!) is at the bottom of the chart.

Morning arapaho. I too liked PBO’s entrance. And yes, the hands… 🙂 Also, I was sad to see Los Angeles behind in internet speed too.

Loved this. PBO is always thinking about, strategizing and taking action to make America better and more competitive. This is a huge issue and i love my President for addressing the broadband. I just had an issue last night so yeah dealing with this is a critical part of building a competitive infrastructure right here in America. Oh and FLOTUS red dress is magnificient. She is gorgeous – just gorgeous.

    Morning TODobots, and friends!
Geesh! Asking that very pertinent, and logical, question above of Amk seemed to have irritated him so much he pushed the button and knocked me right out of the village and offline. Honestly, there was no reason why I was outed from thee village because I was till showing internet connection. Weird. Well, Mr. Amk, I simply signed on again, and here I am – so there!

Can’t find the tweet now, but yesterday saw a tweet that said @KamalaHarris’ website was down because of so much traffic after her announcement to run for US Senate…

Maya Angelou! Woke up this morning and one of the first images I saw was a quote from her I have hanging above my desk:

“Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better.”

Here’s to a do-better day! Like maybe no more snow, eh, Midwestern sky?

    Good Southwest Morning TOD Family!

Loved my homie Tom Hank’s article in the NYT. I’m very familiar with Chabot College. I knew many people that attended, including my nephew. I attended Merritt College in Oakland and can attest to the quality of the classes and the instructors in the California Community College system. I hope more people of note come forward with their community college experiences in strong support of the President’s plan.

Especially the people who traveled to CA and obtained residency to attend college for free and stayed. I met so many people from all over the country. It was a great experience to meet so many wonderful people pursing an education.

Wasn’t the reason GZ followed Trayvon was because “those people always get away”? Seems that GZ is always getting away with crimes and one day he will pay with life in prison or death.

So US Media is still hopping on Paris and the March to attack the Obama Admin……but many of these outfits Didn’t have the Guts to publish the Cover of a Fictitious Cartoon of Muhammad? Hmm? Do these idiots ever listen to themselves? These people made their decisions based on Fear, Backlash and Loss of Money……Yet they want president Obama to attend a Rally in a Foreign Nation…..a task that has Never been done in 328 plus years in American History?

I will add this about the depiction of a Feared Head of Islam. But here is what I don’t understand. Since No picture of Muhammad has ever been published…..why would the Believers of Islam give a care to what or who an “Infidel” would have to say about a Religion they hold so dear?

The Europeans, mostly, the Romans made Christ in their own physical image…..The JC of Nazareth known worldwide is Not the actual JC’s image of 2000 plus years ago…..Would some or many Christians today revolt if Christ’s Image is changed today? Hmm? Perhaps. But will some kill for this change? I am not sure.

    • January 14, 2015 at 2:23 pm

Yes, I believe the white radicals who call themselves Christians could be riled up enough by Fox News Sean Calamity and Bill-O-the-Clown O’Really to cause these radicals to kill if there were publications that JC was depicted as described in the Bible with dark skin and woolly hair.
