Do not like Grimes’ pretending at though President Obama does not exist She’s a Clinton Democrat and not an Obama Democrat? What does that mean. If she or any other Democratic candidate is too afraid to associate with the president maybe they need to feel what happens when black voters abandon them. I know I’m ranting, but this snubbing of the president gets on my nerves. Alex Sink lost to Rick Scott because of this very reason. She would not own up to being a Democrat and one that supports Obama’s policies.

That’s the problem when enough white Dixiecrats can tip the election too. PBO lost KY significantly. These are people who are ignorant enough or racist enough to keep sending McConnell to the Senate no matter what.

I don’t trust Kaczynski. This is what he posted

Former White House spokesman Jay Carney says Democrats are in for a bad election.
“Democrats are, as we’ve talked about before, going to have a bad election day no matter how you slice it,” said Carney. “Republicans will pick up seats in the Senate and the House and may win control of the Senate.”
“They need to mobilize their base voters and that’s especially true of minority voters and they are playing hardball, too,” Carney said, commenting on racially-charged mailers from Democrats in contested states. “Equating support for Stand Your Ground law which is bad policy and bad law doesn’t mean you supported the action that took Trayvon Martin’s life.”

      Sigh!!!

I probably could have done without seeing that one.

      Off to the Campaign office.

I remember how upset we were against Jay’s predecessor for making a similar comment in 2010. As for me, I continue to encourage people to vote. However the reality is this: take a look at the Dems demography and put it up against the GOP flock. Given the hatred on the GOP side for our POTUS, you will have many fools heading to the polls to act on their hatred and what Fox News and Boss Limbaugh have been telling them among others.

Dems include a lot of poor people, people who cannot take time out to vote for fear of losing a few hours of pay, people who cannot stand online for hours and produce IDs, young people, immigrants, etc.

I simply pray that the outcome turns out differently against all odds. That will be good for the country. That will be good for all of us.

“Scott Walker Runs Ad Supporting Equal Pay After Repealing Wisconsin’s Equal Pay Law”

    http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/10/28/scott-walker-runs-ad-on-e_n_6061158.html

    —–

Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker (R) released an ad on Tuesday in which his female lieutenant governor applauds his support for equal pay for women — just two years after the governor signed a bill repealing the state’s equal pay law.

Walker’s campaign released the ad soon after recent polls showed him and Burke, his Democratic challenger, in a dead heat, with Burke leading heavily among women.

Burke has criticized Walker for quietly signing a measure in 2012 that repealed Wisconsin’s Equal Pay Enforcement Act. The law gave victims of wage discrimination more avenues through which to plead their cases in court.

    White House snubs Israeli official

Washington (CNN) — Israeli Defense Minister Moshe Ya’alon traveled to Washington last week expecting to see top Obama administration officials.
Instead, he found himself with a lot of time on his hands.
The White House denied him meetings with Vice President Joe Biden, Secretary of State John Kerry and National Security Adviser Susan Rice. Senior administration officials attributed the snub to numerous negative comments Ya’alon made earlier this year criticizing the administration in general and Kerry in particular.
“It shouldn’t have been a surprise given some of his comments,” a senior administration official said about Ya’alon’s visit. “We give you $1.3 billion of aid and you are dumping on us. None of our friends have been disrespectful to the extent of Israel.”
He was granted meetings with Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel and Samantha Power, the U.S. ambassador to the United Nations.
