Unfortunately, I’m not surprised. The President continued the necessary fight against ISIS (or ISIL) after the killing of Mr. Foley, and this is ISIS’s revenge. I’m sure the President isn’t surprised either. His heart must be heavy today.
ALL the hostages of ISIS are in grave danger right now. If I’m not mistaken, there are many americans and brits still at the mercy of ISIS. I have no doubt that intel agencies are working around the clock to save them. But it’s very very hard.

On another topic: I don’t want to know any details of failed attempts to get these wacko birds in Somali or Syria or Iraq, and certainly from the ISIS vile world. I don’t even need to know whey there is a hit except in the case of big game like Osama bin Laden. There is no reason (in my humble opinion) for the average TV viewer or radio listener to know the step, the plan, the strategy or the goal when the US is going after these criminals. That being said, I cannot wait when the cell that executed the American and other journalists will be taken down and sent to the many virgins awaiting them.
