Actually I don’t think her cancellation of the State visit was not because of NSA revelations – it was because of some other unrelated upheaval going in Brazil at the time. The NSA stuff was misinformation spread by the US media because they wanted to “stick it” to our President as usual, kinda the same approach they used with Putin in Russia.

At the Juncture of Health and Climate: AMA Endorses President Obama’s Climate Action Plan
    Spandan Chakrabarti June 12, 2014

While the media has been too busy on made-up controversies, America’s medical community has begun to quietly line up behind President Obama’s climate action plan announced earlier this month by EPA Administrator Gina McCarthy. Yesterday, the American Medical Association’s House of Delegates gave its formal assent to the President’s plan to reduce carbon emissions from one of America’s worst polluters, power plants.

The American Thoratic Society, the country’s leading organization of physicians dealing with pulmonary diseases, welcomed the action by the AMA, saying:

Newswise — June 11, 2014 — The American Thoracic Society welcomes today’s action by the American Medical Association House of Delegates reaffirming their support for efforts by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to limit carbon pollution from existing power plants. The resolution adopted by the AMA House of Delegates further noted AMA’s intent to submit formal comments during the public comment period to “to underscore the need to keep the standards strong and protective of public health.”

I’m watching Dr. Dyson too and I am blown away by what he’s doing.
It is hard to believe that MSNBC is OK with this passion and truthtelling. Makes me worry about MED’s future on MSNBC.

Hey Vicki, Hope you’re having an AWESOME DAY!

I was sitting with my mouth open.

Shocked that they allowed him to run “bulldog” style on the repukes. He spoke from his heart and that’s what we need; the truth, and nothing but the truth.

When he opened, he was explosive on the repukes. All I could say; HOT DANG! You can’t stop the brother now : )

Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-CA), a member of the Foreign Relations Committee, torched Republican “cheerleaders” who started the Iraq war and are now criticizing President Barack Obama over the escalating violent insurgency in the country.

“Some of the biggest GOP cheerleaders for the disastrous war in Iraq are now joining the blame-America-first crowd rather than working with our Commander-in-Chief to confront this crisis,” Boxer said in a statement Thursday.

She said the current crisis in Iraq “has its roots in an ill-conceived war,” arguing that while the U.S. should “go after” the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria, the Sunni jihadi organization taking over parts of the country, “any U.S. action must be well-considered and well-executed in coordination with our allies and the Iraqi government and military, which we helped train and arm.”

So what does Diane Feinstein has to say? I am so glad Sen. Boxer told those Republicans the truth, even though Republicans don’t know what the truth means.

Tell McCain and Graham to get their uniforms on and go over there and intervene in Iraq.

Let them lead the way, since they want the U.S. back over there. Private John McCain and Private Lindsey Graham. Go to Iraq and fight yourself.

This country has truly lost its mind…

Living In the World That Fox New Built

“Andrew Sullivan made the mistake of spending the evening watching Fox News.

Here’s the gist: the president is a lawless dictator, abetting America’s Islamist foes around the world, releasing Taliban prisoners to aid in his own jihad on America, fomenting a new caliphate in Iraq, and encouraging children to rush the Mexican border to up his vote-count, while effectively leaving those borders open to achieve his “fundamental transformation of America.””

Have Hope ~ the entire country does not watch Fox, many do not watch television, do not own televisions. So, perhaps the entire country is not crazy. Have Hope.

        Three million viewers of Fox.
Sounds good until you realize that there are 330 Million Americans—at least.

The best ratings on Fox are just over 1 million and that is O’Reilly whose average viewer is 72 years old.

Rev. Al were discussing how the Republicans are out to gut the healthy lunch program, and what is behind it. The gentleman who was up there said that alot of it is because it’s the Obamas, he said if Obama discover the cure for cancer, Republicans would be against it, claiming Obama is putting chemotherapy out of business.
