Good evening Chipsticks, Danny and TOD Family,

Wishing everyone a BEAUTIFUL Thursday evening!

Eric Cantor, the over privileged boy, didn’t learn in life, you reap whatever you sow; good, bad or indifferent. When you sow ugly seeds of hate, discord, lies, malice, gossip and maliciousness, you will reap it. It may not come back right away but it does repay; GUARANTEED by the UNIVERSE.

    In the east, they call it karma; the west says; what goes around comes around. The Bible says in various versions;
    Galatians 6:7

    The Message (MSG)
7-8 Don’t be misled: No one makes a fool of God. What a person plants, he will harvest. The person who plants selfishness, ignoring the needs of others—ignoring God!—harvests a crop of weeds. All he’ll have to show for his life is weeds! But the one who plants in response to God, letting God’s Spirit do the growth work in him, harvests a crop of real life, eternal life.

    New International Version
Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows.

    New Living Translation
Don’t be misled–you cannot mock the justice of God. You will always harvest what you plant.

    International Standard Version
Stop being deceived; God is not to be ridiculed. A person harvests whatever he plants:

    Aramaic Bible in Plain English
Do not err; God is not put to shame, for anything that a man sows he reaps.

    GOD’S WORD® Translation
Make no mistake about this: You can never make a fool out of God. Whatever you plant is what you’ll harvest.

    King James 2000 Bible
Be not be deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man sows, that shall he also reap.
This is A David Psalm, one of my favorites, and one (Psalm 23) that I pray for President Obama from the NIV version by inserting his name where the words of me, I, and him appear.

I believe that this could be President Barack H. Obama Psalm, written by David, for President Obama.

    Psalm 23

    The Message Bible (MSG)

    A David Psalm
    23 1-3 GOD, my shepherd!
    I don’t need a thing.
You have bedded me down in lush meadows,
you find me quiet pools to drink from.
    True to your word,
you let me catch my breath
and send me in the right direction.
4 Even when the way goes through
    Death Valley,
    I’m not afraid
when you walk at my side.
    Your trusty shepherd’s crook
    makes me feel secure.
    5 You serve me a six-course dinner
right in front of my enemies.
    You revive my drooping head;
    my cup brims with blessing.
6 Your beauty and love chase after me
    every day of my life.
I’m back home in the house of GOD
for the rest of my life.

I think it is going to happen only because behind the scenes Republicans understand that if they do not handle immigration, they will be up shit’s creek with no toilet paper for years to come. They will NEVER be in the majority for at least another decade or two.

PA Senator Toomey constinues in lockstep with the extremists in the GOP…now he votes against students…he will be gone n 2016

Pf, I’m determined to make Toomey a one term senator. He should never have been elected in the first place because he’s completely out of tune with PA. The unique circumstances that occurred in 2010 won’t be there in 2016 when turnout will be high. I hope Kathleen Kane runs for this seat and I know Joe Sestak has been campaigning for it for the last year. He needs to join Corbett in the EX department.

And Jackiegrumbacher, these foolish people forget that since PBO won his re-election, another group of great young people will be able to vote again to put the WH in place for decades to come. I always remember that every year another wonderful group of young people who have been listening, working hard for OFA and other candidates will be in full force in come Nov., and 2016 with a tremendous hunger for all the ground work that PBO and all of us have laid out for them.

These young people do realize who stood for them and with them these eight years. It is a hope of mine knowing that our work that we are doing daily to support PBO and the decent Reps., and senators’ work on all of the great progress within all of the wonderful legislations made will be remembered by these young people. And most of all these same young people who are paying attention will get out there and exercise their votes. HZ

Archbishop Robert Carlson said he was unsure about whether he knew it was a crime for an adult to have sex with a child.

Carlson, the head of the Archdiocese of St. Louis, was deposed for a case regarding sex abuse allegations that took place when he was auxiliary bishop in the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis from 1979 until 1994. He investigated those allegations during his time in Minnesota.

During the deposition, which was released Monday, attorney Jeff Anderson asked Carlson if he “knew it was a crime for an adult to engage in sex with a kid.”

“I’m not sure whether I knew it was a crime or not,” Carlson said. “I understand today it’s a crime.”

So if someone came to him in confession about such a sin, to repent, would he have told them it wasn’t a sin, too? Doesn’t pass the smell test or a test of any of the other senses, either. Guy needs to be hidden away somewhere.

If this wicked fool is Not sure…….then what is he doing pretending to be an Archbishop? I hope Pope Francis hears about this and defrocks him. Shame on him.

Question to ask this wicked fool is how many children did his molest? No God fearing person, let alone an Archbishop would dare speak such evil.

There is something terribly wrong with this Archbishop. No one can be this stupid. Guess he didn’t think it was a sin, either.

It is a crime and a sin against GOD to harm children, elderly, and defenseless animals. If abortion is a sin surely having sex with a child is a sin.

    Color me surprised! NOT! http://talkingpointsmemo.com/livewire/steve-stockman-oce-finance-allegations

Rep. Steve Stockman (R-TX) may have violated federal law and House rules when he accepted campaign donations from two of his congressional staffers, the Office of Congressional Ethics (OCE) said Wednesday.

OCE announced in a press release that it had sent a referral in March to the House Ethics Committee recommending further investigate a number of allegations, including that Stockman made false statements and “endeavored to impede” OCE’s investigation.

Since I don’t care for those kind of olives, I substituted artichokes:)

Here’s something you probably never thought you’d read: Cooter from The Dukes of Hazzard may have actually helped get House Majority Leader Eric Cantor booted from office. That’s right, Ben Jones, a former Democratic congressman famous for playing Cooter, pushed for Democrats, independents, and Republicans to push Cantor out of office.

Jones’ goal wasn’t to get Dave Brat elected (though he does have a few nice words for Jones), but to get rid of Cantor. In an open letter, Jones says he’s none too happy about Cantor. Jones challenged Cantor in 2002 and lost, and twelve years later Jones says Cantor “ran a truly dishonorable campaign” against him. For example, “he ducked debates, slandered me in slick mailings, questioned my patriotism and even mocked my Southern heritage.”

Also this amazing feat……. I remember going to the mall and attempting to throw one into rings at the hockey rink for prizes 😎

“A fan tossed a large paper plane from upper-deck seats during Friday’s Peru-England friendly at Wembley Stadium and — to everyone’s disbelief — the handmade aircraft floated all the way down to the pitch to strike Peru defender Hansell Riojas in the side of the head”

……this seems like a bit of fun as well

Some of you may remember Laurence Tribe as President Obama’s law professor. He endorsed PBO early and he’s a great and brilliant man. Here’s an audio recording of an interview he gave about his reflections on the current state of the Supreme Court:

Watched part of Chris Hayes tonight…..actually pretty good. He of course talked about Cantor’s defeat, and had a couple of good guests. But, the important interview was with Elizabeth Warren, who evidently was postponed from last night due to the primary in Va.
She is fighting mad about the vote on the refinance of student loans! Chris asked about accountability for these Senators, and she said Yes, that is what’s important. He asked her what her next move is, and she said that she is going to Kentucky to campaign for Alison Lundergan Grimes and tell the Kentucky students exactly what Mitch McConnell did to them. She said this is the only accountability that makes a difference. She will bring this up again, I’m sure, and Harry will help her. But, she is not going to sit around waiting for things to happen, she is going to ACT. My husband thinks she’s great, as do I. He said he’d vote for her for president. He is not crazy about HRC.

Good for her. All republican guests that come on the msnbc shows talk about spending and debt in Washington and they are never challenged by the host. This really bugs me.
