Hello
Hi NW – thank you for all the fab posts over the past few days.
Awww…thank you for the feedback, 99ts. Glad you enjoyed them.
Thank you for another day of excellent posts, NW!!!
Thanks, Bob.
Look at you, Ms Firsty!! 🙂
And thank you Ms Chips for being The foreign correspondent of the White House – shame the ones who are paid to do the job prefer to keep their heads firmly buried in the sand of GOP lies.
The sand is not even close to where where I think they have their heads (unless someone’s sitting on a beach).
Somewhat off topic – but so worth reading – the BJ posts from their health care man – He initially introduced himself as working in the Health Insurance industry – and he has been posting informative posts about the ACA for the past year or so. This is what the “MSM” should have been doing – telling folks the truth of Obamacare.

This Forbes article is but another bit of evidence why humanity truly missed a collective bullet by the fact that Barack Hussein Obama defeated two war-mongering, #NEOCONSTER kleptocrats ….
Your turn of phrase says it all Bob – we are so lucky to have you on TOD 🙂
Thank you 99ts 🙂
Completely Random by Chipsticks…yeah right
AMEN! Thank you Jesus for US of A seeing the light.
Must be running ahead of schedule because President Obama’s comments to the troops has already concluded …
Live tweets here at least. Guess we’ll wait for video.

If you have the opportunity, run, don’t walk; run to HBO and watch ‘All About Ann,’ the documentary on the personal and political life of Governor Ann Richards. The first female Governor of Texas and a proud Democrat. She moved to Austin (the liberal oasis of Texas) because that was the place that was willing to give her a political start; and the rest as they say was history.
She believed in inclusion – Black, White, Latino, Native American, Asian, LGBT, she believed that government was a force for good and should be used to make life better for people without a gazillion zeroes behind their names. She had flaws and she admitted them and lived her life to the fullest.
A phenomenal and fierce leader.
I don’t get HBO 😦
World Cup fever is building TOD soccer hooligans……
okay, seems I missed the live comments PBO delivered to the troops – was waiting for this event but well, life happens
Well I missed POTUS speaking to the troops. Oh well.
Well I guess I’ll go watch POTUS slap Ed Henry to his Fox knees.
🙂
This interview was only last week by L.A. Clippers superstar Baron Davis
Rockets owner Leslie Alexander’s goal was as clear as the anger and disgust in the tone of his voice. He had heard the recording of Clippers owner Donald Sterling’s racist and hateful comments. He had met with NBA commissioner Adam Silver. He wanted Sterling out the NBA. Calling the comments “disgusting,” Alexander said he told Silver he should stab “a sword” into the heart of Sterling’s ownership of the Clippers.
“I thought that there’s got to be a way to disrupt him from owning the team,” said Alexander, who after 20 years owning the Rockets is one of the longest tenured owners in the NBA. “I gave him the sword to deal with this. I said, ‘Let the players become free agents.’” Alexander said the goal of his suggestion was not to break up the Clippers, considered among the league’s top teams, or even to punish Sterling. He said the objective was solely to back Sterling into a corner from which he will choose to sell the Clippers
real disappointed with Cuban here

Leave them all at home – let the local press ask the questions and do the reporting
Even police seemed to have no idea what they were doing there, and let the book giveaway proceed as planned.
Not only did it go as planned, but when Alexie’s publisher Hachette got word of the incident, they sent Rediscovered an additional 350 copies on the house. So while the book may still be banned in the school curriculum, it’s available free of cost for any kid who wants to stop into Rediscovered and pick one up.

what a buncha mouth breathing idjits.
They seem to want their kids to be raised in ignorance.
Right wingers have gone completely crazy! They are now joining the Talibans!

LIVE NOW: President Obama departs Manila – http://www.abs-cbnnews.com/live
🙂 Damn it, love ya J!!!!!
Right back atcha. Every time I see you taking down chuckie, I cheer!!!!
It’s not that the US “still has its fans” – but rather that President Obama remade the friendships that other administrations lost. The pundits, as ever, refuse to give him the kudos he well deserves for recovering the world friendship that 8 years of Bush lost.
This is so true.
Very well said, 99ts! I am convinced that historians will treat President Obama more honestly. The U.S. media, and especially the so called media pundits, hate President Obama. They’ve never once given him any credit for any of his accomplishments. Thankfully, most people in the world, and a great many of us here in the U.S., love and respect President Obama. The U.S. media have desperately tried to make all of us hate and despise President Obama, but the’ve failed miserably.
It is inexplicable to me as to why the media has done this nath – it does appear to come from pundits wanting to be bff with politicians & when PBO was more interested in his job and the US people than in pleasing the media – they joined forces with the GOP in an attempt to bring him down.
I have such faith that he will bring the democrats back into power in November – despite all the GOP have tried to do, despite all the media have tried to do & despite too many democratic politicians believing the media hype – the President has stayed true to his goals and a majority of people – worldwide – are with him.
I think POTUS has some fans in that Philippine news casts.
Thank you, JER!
Hunker down, Alabama:
I’m off the air early. Too busy the past few days, so much to keep up with. Sweet dreams everyone, big hugs all around. Blessings for a safe journey home, Mr. President. http://www.gratefulness.org/candles/candles.cfm?l=eng&gi=PBO
All right friends, my head is splitting. Time to dim the lights and turn in. See y’all on the flip.
As seen on TMZ (yes, I watched it):
New post:

I cannot stomach even thinking about Ed Henry, so I won’t pursue this hashtag, but here’s a good one:
And Ed Henry has no compass to his core as to how, when, where, and what to give to the people to further move a country and a world to a better place. So, I will continue to listen with care, uplift with love and compassion; measure my emotions with grace; and speak to my core as President Barack Obama does daily for the American people the great work that he was elected to do with a brilliance and the utmost integrity. w He wants to leave this nation in a better place than what he found when he was elected as our 44th President in 2008. And I do believe he will. Trust me.
Speak a word of goodness for our wonderful POTUS, while in your quiet, calm, and peaceful spaces. And always give thanks to our beautiful loving Chips for all that she does to use her brilliant mind and precious time to share this wonderful space with all of us. I thank you, my dear Chips. Also to all of the wonderful contributors who so generously help out in spreading one of the important goals of Chips: having a space where we are informed with truths about our president, uplifting and encouraging words from him, and giving our respect to him daily as we converse on this site.
Thanks to all for sharing in this historic trip by our brilliant president. As for his rest, he is a well disciplined person, and he will find that time to refuel and refresh as our brilliant leader. He recognizes the many challenges before him; and he above all will do his very best to work as hard as he possibly can to make us proud. Trust me.
Please keep him in your prayers and quiet moments of reflections. Our collective moments of uplifting goodness are treasures to him. Good night TOD family, and know that I love all of you, and I am so grateful to be in this wonderful and loving family. Remember, we will not give up. Because we still have work to help this wonderful and decent man to get done; we will stand firm and proud together as one.HZ
But how are YOU felling HZ? Have you learned anything from the dr.s about the pain in your gut? We’re thinking about you!
