TORONTO (AP) — Toronto’s police chief says they have recovered the alleged drug video involving Mayor Rob Ford.
Police Chief Bill Blair said Thursday he was “disappointed” after viewing the video, but that there was nothing in the video that would provide grounds to press charges.
Balir says the video will come out in court and declined to provide details.
He said the video, recovered from a computer hard drive, “depicts images that are consistent with those previously reported in the press.”

Glad to see no one sweating that NBC/WSJ poll. As per Jefferson Obama, the poll increased TP representation by 2%, decreased minority representation by 4% from 2012 electorate and oversampled white males. In other words, this “poll” was designed to have an anti-PBO result. In short, more propaganda intended to SHAPE reality opposed to reflect reality.
Todd is really pulling out all the stops in setting the beltway narrative. The Obamacare website is dismissed as a “disaster” by MSM, no explanation needed. (Heard that this morning on CBS news radio; no discussion of both sides, just a flat-out fact that it’s a “disaster.”
Todd also said this morning he’d like to see more tricks handed out tonight, instead of treats. He really is vile, and letting his true colors show.
I’d like to see Chuckles take on this, via HF2, who is channeling Todd today.
This is just a replay of the MSM/GOP smear campaign against PBO when they promoted and hyped the 3 fake “scandals” (IRS, Benghazi and NSA) to create the impression of a “scandal plagued White House under siege”. The MSM/GOP is so predictable with their bullshit. Funny how with the gov’t shutdown, the MSM asked which party is to blame, but with all the GOP anti-ACA obstruction, the GOP is never presented as a cause for ACA’s problems. The MSM is trying to tear down PBO/Dems to lessen the harm the GOP suffered from the gov’t shutdown fiasco. The all out assault on ACA with easily discredited stories and outright propaganda smells of desperation. It is also highly coordinated. I wonder if the MSM is controlled by just one person who sets the agenda/narrative that the whole MSM blindly promotes.
The same study showed that food insecurity was above average in Ohio, North Carolina, California, Nevada, Texas, Missouri, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama and Georgia. The first four in that list have become swing states for presidential elections. The others are all Republican strongholds

The 2014 calendar for the House was released Thursday by House Majority Leader Eric Cantor (R-Va.), and shows members will only work only 113 days. That’s down from 2013, when House lawmakers were scheduled to meet for 126 days. Only 107 days were scheduled in 2012.
This is part of the obstruction tactics of the GOP….to get nothing done…to block Democracy….to block the President’s agenda…if we do not win back control of the House and maintain control of the Senate…this is what we have to look forward to ……THE CLOCK IS TICKING!..

Within the next three weeks, the Senate is expected to vote on the Employment Non-Discrimination Act, or ENDA, which would provide basic protections from employment discrimination to the nation’s 8 million lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender, or LGBT, workers. ENDA builds upon an enduring American value that workers should be judged on their merits and not their identity. It is past time for Congress to ensure basic fairness for every American, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity.

You know, I love this president and I respect this president…
…but I gotta say, there’s some leadership in Congress that’s gonna make the 2016 Presidential elections a serious contest.
For instance…Rand Paul. Now, he’s a civil rights villain, I’ll admit. But when it comes to civil liberties? Now that’s where he’s a champion. That 13 hour filibuster he did about using aerial drones to kill Americans citizen on U.S. soil…a thing of beauty. He asked the tough questions that Liberals should be asking. Yes sir, that Rand Paul used the filibuster the way it was supposed to be used. Don’t know how much of it was plagiarized from Wikipedia, but hey, that’s not the point.
And Ted Cruz? Man oh man! Now there’s something I admire about that guy. He took bold action for something he believed in. Shutting down the government!?!?!?!?!? Can you say AUDACITY? Every person I admire and consider to be a hero is willing to take bold action, just like Senator Cruz did. That guy was able to rally congressmen IN THE OTHER CHAMBER! He was able to stall a vote by reading “Green Eggs and Ham!” That’s leadership! So what if it cost 24 billion dollars? So what if he is calling it Obama’s shutdown? Not every leader takes credit for their work!
Yeah, 2016 is going to be very interesting. If either of these guys win the Republican primary, they are going to give the Democratic challenger a run for their money.
