Don’t even want to think about McCain having won. If he had and quit we would have had the real “quitter” as president. Cannot even kid about it. Horrors!
Hope TPM aren’t complaining about glitches on the healthcare site – they haven’t done very well with their upgrade. Yesterday said I had to log in to comment, despite I was logged in – and today – the comments are replaced by this little message
“(rate_limit) Echo API call rate for this endpoint has exceeded the limit for your plan”
This explains the MSM’s nastiness toward PBO – they haven’t been mentioning polls lately at all, considering opinion polls have long been usual form of journalism. I guess they have a shiny object – the ACA website (which is improving and getting more popular among people).
They can’t even really talk about Christie winning NJ gov for them to declare “bad news for Dems in 2014 midterms!” because they would have to also mention Booker, McCauliffe, and deBlasio….
You got it, Hf. The website ad nausea crap is becoming boring as more and more people try it and get the help they need. The hearings have been a bomb because there’s no ‘there’ there. HHS is improving the site, problems are being corrected. End of story. The big AHCA story is really the stupidity of governors in states that have not signed up for expanded Medicaid but the media won’t touch that one because it will offend their overlords. The president has the confidence of the people, while Republicans sink further into the mud. They are going to go into overdrive finding something else to criticize. I suspect some GOP creep is going to complain about PBO using AF1 to fundraise for Democrats and that will be the story du jour for a bit or some other nonsense that will bore people’s socks off. We need to focus on passing immigration, putting together a sensible budget, passing a jobs and infrastructure bill and keeping the Republicans from blowing up the economy again. We also have to focus on this November’s election. But none of this is sexy enough and it doesn’t reflect poorly on Democrats so you’ll hear zilch about it.
One thing I have learned these past 5 years… I am no far left Liberal… IMO they’re awful.
I am a moderate democrat who sees the far left as a hindrance and a pest.
🙂
Good Morning TOD
GM tw.
GM amk. Really cool post….you blog tyrant. you!! Off to work and figure out life. Thank GOD it IS Friday and I mean It!!!!! HA!!!
Next week’s shiny object that will be dangled by the 3rd rate media.
A former National Security Agency (NSA) chief giving off-the-record interviews on a high-speed train has had his remarks reported live on Twitter.
General Michael Hayden was talking off-the-record to journalists by phone when he was overheard by another passenger, a former political activist.
Tom Matzzie said he waited half an hour before live-tweeting comments about US renditions and a “famous BlackBerry”.
The comments went viral on news websites and late-night television.

Moooooooorning Amk, thank you tyrant!!!
Good morning, Chips. How is the real tyrant? Is he up yet?
He was up, but now he’s snoring beside me after frantic activity that involved a 30 minute battle with a floor brush. How’s your new arrival doing?
You mean Sir-drinks-a-lot-pees-a-lot? I am gonna kill him. Some day.
Oh no!!! Your home has turned in to, well, a puddle?
here a puddle, there a puddle, everywhere a puddle, puddle.
Here he is all tuckered out just now.
And his totally indifferent GF, Jenny
Oooooooooooh, he is a handsome devil!!! Although, Jenny appears not to agree – give her time, their love will grow. Ish.
methinks he is actually afraid of her.
wimmin/smh
Morning Chips!
Morning AMK!
Morning Everyone!
wondering what nonsense the media & gop have in store today – very sure they are scheming
GM Linda. haydengate is next. See above.
not good at all – what was he thinking?
seems everyone is loosing their minds!
have no proof if it is legit but it is funny!
GM all. TGIF.
Just as well he didn’t win in 2008 and have to face what PBO has had to face over the past 5 years – he may have quit.
Don’t even want to think about McCain having won. If he had and quit we would have had the real “quitter” as president. Cannot even kid about it. Horrors!
Karma from dragging the Palin idiot onto the national stage. Well-deserved.
been a long week – looking forward to the weekend
