The defense actually asked why it wasn’t possible that Trayvon sat up after being shot and wiped his prints off the gun.
This is a despicable waste of taxpayer’s money. If GZ wasn’t a sociopath he would have plead out and entertained the notion of paying for taking an innocent kid’s life.
There were too many other sociopaths giving him money and telling him he did great service for his community. Whether he is found guilty or not guilty – he will be unemployable and a misery for the rest of his life.

So apparently, Paula Deen’s accuser released a statement. Seems Paula Deen’s lawyers are now trying to use the SCOTUS Prop 8 decision to say that because the accuser is a White woman, that her lawsuit is without merit because basically cause she’s white, that means the woman cannot be affected by the racial language and attitudes that contributed to the hostile environment at Deen’s restaurant.

Not understanding how the Prop 8 decision has any bearing on the Paula Deen lawsuit. SCOTUS decided a case about harassment, but not sure that would be relevant either.

Yes it’s very sad. Her maternal grandmother also died of the disease. If I were a Dr., I would’ve probably recommended that she removed her ovaries immediately after the birth of her second child. There’s clearly a strong genetic component in this family.
