LL, You are the tops. I just love all this night music. You have opened my music knowledge and I thought I had a wide range.

Dudette, you are also amazing with your knowledge of music. Thank you for always helping to end the days on high notes, even in the most frustrating times. Now is especially high with the great receptions our First family is getting in Ireland and Germany.

Now back to listen some more.

One of my fondest memories from the 2012 DNC in Charlotte was being in a theatre full of a rainbow of people dancing & singing to this while we waited for PBO to come to the stage and thrill the crowd in his acceptance speech! People of all ages, races, sizes, people in wheelchairs, people in costume.. just people — happy, singing, hi-fiving and hugging! It was something to behold! Truly Good Times!!

Ok I get to do a little bragging, being a mom and all. My oldest was recently accepted into a music school as a blues guitarist. In the last few months he started studying with a great teacher but before that was self taught. He plays Robert Johnson songs for me a lot! He plays them really well which is just incredible to me considering he is so young. The school asked him at his audition if they could record him!! Once we get some tracks I’ll post them here so you can enjoy them.
