Bo will go into work as a therapy dog when the Presidents term is over. He was with FLOTUS when she visited children of those military families who were in Walter Reed.

I just remember he has Louisville and Indiana in the final game with In. winning. I sent that big news to the sports editor at the IndyStar, and within minutes they had it as a front page story—-still there. And do you think they bothered to thank me for my excellent reporting? Answer: No.

“very upset” that you seem to have forgotten that PBO also had The Ohio State University (Buckeyes) in his Final Four picks – the fans, & news outlets in Buckeye Country have reported this ( in overdrive ) like OSU already won

I still love him even though he didn’t think my N.C. Tarheels will go very far, but he did say some good words about our coach Roy Williams. I will forgive you POTUS, because one time you did pick my Tarheels and they did win it all. And last year you pick them too, but the point guard broke his wrist and when that happen I know we had no chance. So you are forgiven POTUS for not picking N.C. Tarheels to win it all.

Everyone Israeli/US media is treating this as the most cynical trip to ever occur during mankind. But he is a leading authority in Israel, so it is important to know what the perspective there is…

Thank you for your clarification, LP. Please don’t think I was criticizing YOU for sharing, however I found his approach a tad too snarky. Reminded me of the American media. This is actually the first offensive foreign report I’ve encountered since traveling with the President. In truth I’ve personally been wary of Israel ever since I met Bibi during his 1st (?) visit here and this Shalev guy does nothing here to further endear the country to me.

    • March 20, 2013 at 8:23 pm

It really was. There was such a long reception line for POTUS and everyone seemed very pleased to be meeting him and he was very, very kind and grateful to everyone for being there. Wonderful reception. Bibi even seemed to be trying super extra hard to make nice at all junctures.

does toad have any idea how insulting it is to go to israel, and while there, in the presence of the israeli public and press, claim that the president of the united states is at fault for israel’s messed up relationship with it’s neighbor? how does that feel to the israelis– maybe like they are pawns in a political game of america’s making? he shouldn’t be allowed to travel with the president after that stunt. and on top of that, yes, he insulted the president while he was on an official visit to a foreign nation. not supposed to happen, but upchuck toad obviously does whatever he wants, and damn the consequences, as long as he gets noticed.

However, I am still looking and working with my mind, hands, and feet to help in my healing with the pain.

I know this was discussed earlier, but it is very perplexing how this happened—–to President Obama’s limo—-either put diesel in a gas powered car, or the opposite, no one’s saying. This article makes it sound like the car may not even be salvageable. I don’t get how that could have happened. Who was supposed to be in charge?

I heard Chris’s rally call and so I just wrote our three Congress critters, or as I told my husband, “Our three idiots” They are: Tom Coburn, Jim Inhofe, and James Lankford. Lankford put his foot in his mouth today on the House floor by saying that the stimulus did NO good, created NO jobs…..that was on the news. How embarrassing. He is totally uneducated and not ready for anything near prime time.
However, Inhofe voted for the CR today, and worked with Kay Hagen to put in a provision for replacing the education benefits for service people. Both North Carolina and Oklahoma are very heavy military states. I’m sure Inhofe has heard about that particular sequester aspect. At the end I told him “the sequester has to go.”
It’s about time the left-leaning pundits realize that all these bills are not the president’s responsibility. Yes, Congress is supposed to WORK!!! The president can’t legislate, which is what the emoprogs have been acting like for over four years.

Exactly, Chuck Todd was obnoxious. His questions were dripping with sarcasm, snark and gotcha. And on top of that they were accusatory and disrespectful. How dare he? He took carrying water for the GOP to a whole new level. It was questions that have at their root some GOP criticism or complaint. It would have been more honest if the questions came from directly John Bolton. This trip has been in the planning for a long time. And those are the best questions he could come up with? Unbelievable.

I am so disgusted by this that I could spit nails. It’s infuriating. Has Chuck Todd been asleep for the last four years. Does he need to be reminded that President Obama is not a dictator with magic powers to resolve all domestic and international problems? Chuck Todd showed his arse today but the rest of the jackals are just as bad. I would be grateful if we could just get back to the basic principles of journalism in this country. It could start with just telling the truth instead of focusing on tabloid trash questions just to curry favor with the GOP.

Remember the final obnoxious question jake tapper asked PBO before he left ABC WH correpondents for CNN? It was similar to chuck todd’s stupid question today & tone (except the earlier one was about gun control). Maybe todd is headed to another gig.

By the way, a few days ago I was listenig to NPR’s Fresh Air & Tapper lied that the reason people where upset with him that day was because he asked PBO a tough question. I wanted to reach into my radio & tell him that it was the disrespective tone / manner of his question rather than the substance

  31. March 20, 2013 at 9:19 pm

Ths may have been covered already, but on NPR there were Israeli and Palestinian “experts”…”scholars”…whatever mouthing about GRAVE DISSAPPOINTMENT from both “peoples” in PBO. Apparently the President was supposed to SAVE the American economy, get us the f**k out of Iraq, kill Osama and…..and….AND ALSO make EVERYTHING lollipops and unicorns for the Middle East too!!! NEVER MIND that they can’t seem to make any progress whatsoever on their own to reduce the degree to which they want to kill each other off. If there is any progress it will be because of THEIR great statesmanship, no doubt. And if there’s no progress? Oh yeah, we KNOW whose fault that will be. ASSHOLES.

It is Never enough. All is expected of pres Obama. REAL and UNREAL. It doesn’t matter. Problems that were there before this president was born, but somehow, he is expected to magically get it DONE.
