Romney didn’t just get beat by a bartender with a cell phone. It played a big part, but it was not the only reason President Obama won. Alot of people got out there and work their butts off, including the President and the volunteers, the voters who stood in long lines for hours upon hours, so a big thanks to the gentlemen who tape the 47% tape, but this victory in 2012 was a team effort from the top to the bottom.

Mark Knoller (aka Count von Count) can’t help himself. He’s obsessed with counting things relating to President Obama. Michael Grunwald on the other hand is amazing. His tweets are informative and insightful. Meanwhile, the jackals are focused on interrogating Jay Carney about exactly who decided to cancel the White House tours. Forget about why the cancellation of WH tours was necessary in the first place. Sadly, their memory does not go back that far. It’s like John McCain and the surge. Nothing happened before the surge of any consequence.
And they ignore all the federal workers taking a 10% pay cut, no raises for years, and the fallout in all the communities buoyed by these employees spending money in the local economy.
I don’t know how Jay Carney deal with those jackasses everyday. He sure deserve our respect.

Saying that the guy changed the trajectory of the 2012 elections is giving him too much credit.
I still believe Obama would have won. However, what the tape did was to confirm for some gullibles that Mitt Romney was a two-face guy, no friend of the Middle Class which he actually despises. That tape proved that all along Obama was a better candidate, a man who said what he believes and not one who has two speeches, one for the campaign and one for the 1% behind closed doors.
The tape reinforced what was transparent throughout the Mittster’s campaign, a man who has no political conviction, who goes with the wind litteraly, and who in fact has no empathy for average American. A man who ddidn’t care for the many stupid voters that put GOP wakos in elected offices year in year out.
The fact that this guy held his identity and didn’t seek the limelight says a lot about him. I could petition that he gets a place on Mount Rushmore (wrong spelling probably). He is a man of substance, not a lightweight head like that Wasilla star who was John McLoss’s VP.

The film stopped the media from ranting so much about the wonders of Romney – the lies of Romney and his true view of the people of America were outed by this video. No matter what President Obama or his campaign said – it was a blessing to see Romney’s own words. I think Scott did a true service to his country & exposed the media – as much as Romney – for what they were doing

…What we the people are looking for is a deal on immigration reform and gun control. And jobs.
But do you know what we need even more? An overhaul to the tax system. We want a fair and efficient system — with more revenue for the Dems and less government for the Repubs. And you want to know how easy that is to accomplish? Very.
Don’t let the liars in Washington fool you. Or the shortsighted news readers on the TV and radio. Overhaul is as simple as a stroke of the pen.
How? Simply slash the outrageous tax breaks for the super rich. Before you tune me out, just consider this:
No more yacht write-offs (how many people do you know that have a yacht? You pay taxes to cover their write-off).
No more private jet write-offs (again, how many people do you know that have private jets? You’re paying for their write off with your taxes).
No more corporate off shore stashing of profits to avoid taxes (you have to pay taxes, why shouldn’t they?).
No more subsidies to oil companies thus giving them billions in profits with unfair write-offs like off-shore banking. (You’re paying for it with your taxes).
No more tax breaks to companies for outsourcing jobs. (Yes, we give a break if a company hires workers in a foreign land as opposed to a legal worker here in the states.)
No more giving free money to banks (too large to fail or jail) thus giving them even larger corporate writeoffs for managing the money they’ve been loaned).
What’s holding us back are loopholes that should never have been in existence in the first place. Their purpose has long since retired — along with the crooks who wrote them into the tax codes.
And just like the NRA who scares the Bejesus out of our elected officials when we talk any sort of gun control, the rich do the same if you threaten their loop holes.
Politicians think only the rich put money into their campaigns so the poor and middle class don’t matter. Ask Karl Rove how that went. Our vote is what they need even more than money. And our vote counts just as much as the millionaires’ or business tycoons’.
