Mark Knoller is fighting a bad case of #Romnesia right now. Let’s pray for a speedy and complete recovery.

So is Vice President Biden, whom I’m watching! Glad he’s on stage with Sen. Bill Nelson, who’s a little goofballish but really needs to keep his Dem seat in the Senate!

We are going on a holiday Oct. 24th – Nov.11th; 2 days in Toronto for my Nature’s Sunshine health conference; then off to Quebec for an American Colonial cruise along the eastern seaboard; will be in Washington DC on Nov. 5th and aboard the ship for election night (I will be checking TOD with great anticipation and hope) We just need to have PBO re-elected President of the World!!!!

Love that. The thing that will ultimately bring Romney down is mockery. That is not something that PBO generally goes for, but I think he really does dislike Romney and will even use mockery. HE did not use mockery with McCain out of a sense of respect for the Senator. He has no respect for Romney.

      October 19, 2012 at 12:45 pm

Romney’s not even “a John McCain,” and I’ve grown to seriously detest John McCain, although I’ll be done with all that after we get Obama-Biden re-elected!

      October 19, 2012 at 1:03 pm

We think alike, japa. I have said before that mockery and scorn is what these asses deserve, and PBO does it so well because he does it sparingly yet lethally.

ROMNESIA — a stroke of mocking genius. I absolutely love it.

Only because they’d share credit if it were the case, wasn’t “ROMNESIA” one of Joe’s lines, first?

Chips, the reaction of all those gals when #PBO first said #ROMNESIA is such a thrill to watch – everyone of them just lit up like a Christmas tree!!!!

This segment will be viewed millions of times over the years, for sure. He certainly knows how to punch Mitt’s buttons and he hit all of them, simultaneously today. Mitt will be steaming between now and Monday night and that’s not going to improve his performance one bit.

Chips…This is why TOD is my “go to” place when referring friends, family, etc for the real 411 on the President. You are my political heartbeat! ROMNESIA has made my weekend. I simply love this site.

George Mason University is one of the Koch Brothers incursions into higher education. Guess GMU will lose a lot of cash for letting President Obama come on campus.

Alex Wagner just had a discussion on climate change, and they discussed the fact that the President has strong powers in the EPA, and can use that in his second term to get some movement from Congress on climate change legislation.

Chris Hayes said that if he was advising the President right now, he’d be avoiding any talk about climate change, especially if the election comes down to Ohio, with the coal miners there who are in fear of losing jobs in favor of environmental controls. With his next breath, Chris Hayes said that he’s bringing a coal miner on his show tomorrow to discuss climate change and the impact of potential environmental controls on coal jobs. That was interesting – makes me wonder what is Chris’ real agenda. 😕

Thanks to everyone for their kind comments on my long post yesterday, written in the feverish afterglow of seeing the president speak in NH! Here’s a good recap of the event from the Boston Globe: http://www.boston.com/politicalintelligence/2012/10/18/barack-obama-visits-manchester-new-hampshire/XCYsZiXPlHjzU3ACA3Z6AM/story.html

They estimated the crowd at 6,000, which amazes me because the park was not huge. We were really crammed in there!

One point I forgot to mention was seeing a group with a banner that said “Veterans for Obama.” Good stuff!
