Okay, so NOW I just have to watch my FLOTUS tonight. As I’m walking out the door to head the broadcast “luncheon” I get a call from my son’s daycamp. He’s fine, but there went my noontime hang out with regular ol’ dems to watch the Women of the DNC. Oh well, I’ll be happy to watch FLOTUS tonight!!
I got tickets, but still trying to figure out when to leave on Thursday. They have a park and ride near my house, so I plan to use that. I would so not drive Uptown this week.
1) Romney cannot win over true undecided voters in the lopsided numbers he needs if he remains two to three points behind in the key battleground states…
2) The fact that Obama has not cracked 50 percent is not the harbinger of victory Romney thinks it is…
3) The Obama campaign believes it has neutralized the welfare attack. Romney is investing heavily in ads falsely claiming Obama gutted welfare reform. Dems initially viewed this as a threat. In their view, undecided voters were processing the attack as follows: The voters didn’t think this sounded like something Obama would do, but if it were true, it would worry them.
That’s why Dems responded so aggressively to debunk the claim; Dems believe the local press in the battlegrounds has handled the issue responsibly and has communicated clearly to undecided voters that it’s false. Dems think the attacks are not resonating significantly with true undecideds, who just don’t see Obama as someone who favors a culture of dependency or “welfare check” handouts…
Evening guys. Today is my last late day (I’m here until 8pm) but at least I get out before FLOTUS and Mayor Castro come on. I’m DVR’ing everything (C-SPAN) so that I can go back and re-watch later if I hear of some good stuff to re-watch, but until I get off work, I’ll be looking online, reading twitter and trying to watch the livestream between my bench work.
Football won’t be a refuge from politics for swing state residents this fall.
President Barack Obama’s reelection campaign is spending nearly $1 million on ads during local programming related to the NFL or college football in key swing state media markets through Election Day, according to a POLITICO review of the Federal Communications Commission database.
Yep. She is the Attorney General for California and I am proud that I knocked on doors and campaigned to get our DEMS elected in 2010. We did the GOP thing and I will always campaign my ass off from now on….if helped that we had awesome candidates.
That’s why so muck outside money was put in the race to defeat her: Rove et el know that she is a fast rising star. Presidential material. But the people prevailed.
who could imagine that the official treasurer would make the key points about the economy doing better under democrats. How cool is that? $10K under repubs – $30K versus $300K under dem presidents. Money and equality are his themes!
shocking how little excitement there is for him in his home town as a vice presidential candidate. amazing, really. and after a few weeks of constant fluffing by the national media. we need to destroy this guy’s political career forever this election!
Hey Pf56, I noted up thread. AS I WAS walking out the door!!!, my son’s day camp called. He’s fine, but I had to pick him up. How was it? Sorry I had to miss it.
Don’t watch that fool. Just watch the stream from the convention or CSPAN. It’ll be a much more pleasurable viewing experience. No commentary from the wackadoodles and no commercials.
I know I’m getting ahead of myself. But my confidence comes from a very realistic assessment of the current political terrain. And on Nov. 6, when the networks start calling the election for Barack Hussein Obama, this geek is going to put on “Ode to Joy” from Beethoven’s 9th Symphony and possibly have a good cry.
So, a good public education that included music education taught me Beethoven’s “Ode to Joy” but also “David Danced” by Duke Ellington and “Optimistic” by Sounds of Blackness and “Joy to the World” by Three Dog Night. In my house, you might hear any or all of the above on November 6th!!!
Joy to the world, ALL the boys and girls now,
Joy to the fishes in the deep blue sea,
JOY TO YOU AND ME!!
Streaming CSPAN and watching Rev Al at the same time. This is a wunnerful way to spend a late afternoon and early evening. Cory Booker received a warm and hearty welcome. He’s getting great applause as well. All is well with the DNC and the relaunch of a PBO surrogate who many had given up on. I’m glad to see him back in the fold.
Just want to say a big thank you to everyone who wished us congratulations on our grandchild. You have helped make this day very special with your kind words and photos. Our daughter is 41 and has endured several heartbreaking miscarriages so today was truly a dream come true for all of us. And yes, all parties are doing well–mom, baby, dad and the gramps We are going top off the day watching Michelle Obama give her convention speech. What could be more perfect?
I really didn’t like his speech. It seemed like he didn’t really believe in it, was just reciting things that he knows democrats believe in but he himself doesn’t. I will never trust him sorry.
one and out huh? I didn’t like that it happened when it happened, but even then I wasn’t prepared to kick him out of the party. If he runs for governor of NJ against Crispy, then I want him to win. If he has other political aspirations, I hope he wins those as well against any Repub that he challenges. He was given this platform because the people on the inside know him, know his heart, and trust him. If they can, then I certainly will.
it was such an egregious comment from booker. it’s wasn’t a slip of the tongue or stumble…that would be fine…but it was completely the opposite of truth and scolding toward president obama. he’ll have to do a lot of tangible, positive stuff over time to earn any of my trust back. until then, i’m happy pushing martin o’malley or elizabeth warren instead for higher offices. they have had president obama’s back 100%. that’s my gauge.
Cory will have a few hurdles to get over, but I always remember a quote from LBJ. “I’d rather have him in the tent pissin’ out than outside of the tent, pissin’ in.” That’s where I think the Dems put Cory. He gave a fired up speech about the platform which is important, but still, it’s not a prime time spot, that he probably was on track for, until his greed and ego got the best of him.
I’m the youngest great grandmother you ever saw (you believe me, don’t you?), but we also have children whose children can have children – all three of those other generations brighten my world!
Look at all those ppl in that convention hall. It brings a lump to my throat almost like the day PBO was sworn in. I’ve been on this planet for damn near 3/4 of a century and NEVER thought I’d see the likes of this……Here come the water works!
Ryans speech is great! He talks cohareantly and seems deeply intelligent unlike Booker’s. Sorry I should’t put Booker down but I really am annoyed with that guy.
Young man whose parents died without health insurance, studying political science thanks to PBO doubling Pell grants. Knocks on doors to campaign for PBO and introduced him in Boulder
Booker is evidently trusted by the DNC powers that be. Whatever he did, whatever the slight, whatever the wrongheaded messaging he did, must have been forgiven. If PBO, the DNC, and the delegates in the hall, can welcome him back with open arms and give him this important platform of exposure, then surely I can accept that they know him better than I. In any case, I want him to proceed with his political aspirations. It could be the difference between a Crispy and a Booker NJ Governor.
I think it’s time to put that divisive stuff behind us. We gotta all be on the same page. I’m not saying not to criticize, that has it’s place. I’m saying that the past can stay there and let’s judge going forward.
I was one of those who blasted Mr. Booker on Twitter — my first full weekend on it, no less. But he’s been onside ever since, and the Democratic Party IS the big tent party.
fair enough. i’ll be watching him closely. anyway, i didn’t really like his speech either. bunch of a yelling and didn’t feel all that sincere to me, but yes, i’d certainly support him over any republican.
Enjoying the DNC, just got home in time to watch YAY! Sooo glad I still have internet- finally will be heading to Baltimore on Sept 16th.. but still no house to go to 😦 Soon hopefully.
yes, trying to 🙂 offered on a house in baltimore, sold my house in ND in June.. but still awaiting approval in Baltimore.. getting very excited! thank you.
oh boy I missed the phone number, I am very sorry cookemom. My mom & my sister are moving back to CA – my mom’s house already sold & closed & my sister’s house is going up for sale in a week or two.. so they will be here a few weeks longer than me probably.
and although someone (Chips?) mentioned the spanish channel for the convention, I just noticed the live captions channel (both to the right)
of the screen
“Under President Obama States will get flexibility only if they can get 20% more people to work!. Let me repeat that for our Republican friends… that’s more, not less!”
— Pat Quinn, Governor of Illinois, at the DNC
i’m loving this internet feed! not a billionaire-paid pundit in sight!! we should all tell our friends and family to turn off the boob tube and turn on the ‘net instead for dnc coverage!
hey firefighter guy, THEY NEVER HAD YOU DUDE! YOU WERE BEING FOOLED ALL ALONG! it’s just you finally saw it, so hopefully you’ll stay in the light and get your friends and family to do the same.
I’m volunteering this week for the DNC and today was amazing. I’ve been working 6am-230pm checking in volunteers. Yesterday and today, the volunteers are fired up when they come in for their shift. Today about 9:30 we had the first shift in and things were slow, so a couple of us went to the Women’s Caucus. We were to hear from Nancy Pelosi, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, Sandra Fluke and Donna Brazille among many others. There were hundreds of women and a few men , everyone was FIRED UP when we left the room. Donna Brazille was so good that when Ashley Judd came on after her, she teased that she needed to go to church and Donna took us there.
IT WAS SO GREAT to be in a room, heck in a city with so many like minded people ready to move FORWARD
aren’t there multiple video screens behind them. seemed to me they swap out a different picture in the video screen for each speaker. not sure, but either way yes, it’s looking great!
UT, I’ve been giving big UPS!!! to the stagecrafters all night long. IT LOOKS GREAT!!! ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!!! It changes for almost every speaker with pictures of the United States.
And Tim has a wonderful wife, Anne Holton, who works hard for teens in foster care and for education. Her ideals came from her upbringing.
Anne Holton was born in Roanoke, Virginia, and is the daughter of A. Linwood Holton, Jr., and Jinks Holton. In 1969, her father was elected as Governor of Virginia, serving from 1970 to 1974. In response to a federal court decision desegregating Richmond Public Schools, she and her siblings attended predominantly black schools near the Virginia Executive Mansion, contributing to her father’s efforts to make Virginia a model for race relations.
Good evening TOD!!!!! Been out all day with my Mom and one of her friends — they did a “ladies day” for my birthday — shopping and the Cheesecake Factory for lunch!
Jackiegrumbacher — CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A new baby grand-daughter!. Nothing like a new baby to really put things in perspective! I’m “honored” that she was born on my birthday! In honor of your new granddaughter and my birthday, I’m reposting this tweet from 0’dark-thirty this a.m.
Again, I say, whoever did the stage crafting is GENIUS!! It changes almost every time a different speaker comes up. SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE!! I’m loving this so far, and it’s only been about 2 hours!!!
Yes, beautiful…..pictures of Nevada behind Harry Reid…..each speaker has a personalized background…dynamic, exciting, inviting. The Repub background was static and square, just plain ugly. Harry is telling the facts!!! Full of specifics.
I haz a sad, had to go watch via cnn stream,.. as the dem sit/ ofa site kept buffering on me. Tim Kaine giving a good speech. Our folks are genuine.
Notice how we NEVER hear repubs say “we’re Americans first” ?? No the spend a lotta time telling us that they are the only Americans.. or telling us about the ‘right americans’.
I can’t keep up!
Congrats on 1st. This one is for you:
Thanks! Pics of PBO with kids are my favorite ones. 🙂
Ah, but you have!
LOL, I was posting in the last thread when I saw there’s a whole new thread. When Chips is fired up, she’s FIRED UP!
Good Girl. We gotta stay one step ahead of these guys, they think nobody is paying attention.
top 5!
Thanks, Chips! I’m so excited to get going!
FORWARD!
So am I.
I just wrote a nice note to wish FLOTUS good luck via the email I received, and donated of course. 🙂
Heck YAW!
Fired up, Ready to go. I loved this start to the DNC last time.
Debbie W-S looks incredible!! They have a lot to be proud of already.
Love Debbie’s New Do!
DWS looks great and she is Fired Up!
This stream idea is soooo great! Now I can at least listen to what’s happening while I’m at work.
Look at those babies doing the Pledge of Allegiance. Sooooo adorable!!
Oh, so no one is acting like me and running around yelling, “It started! It started!”
Oh yes, I am! The champagne has been poured!
I’m doing it on the inside, uf. Gotta play it cool at work. They’re already jealous that I’m gonna be there on Thursday! 😀
I got tickets, but still trying to figure out when to leave on Thursday. They have a park and ride near my house, so I plan to use that. I would so not drive Uptown this week.
That’s a long, long line, Dudette!
hahahahahah…shhhhhhhhhhhhhh,,,did not want anyone to know!!!
Love your new avatar. 😛
smilin
We are the Party of Cool!
Why the Obama campaign is cautiously confident in victory
DNC 2012 has officially begun! GAVEL BANG!
Freaking excited.
So am I UT. YEAH!!!!
Amy Klobacher needs to shut up about the deficit….. SHUT UP AMY !
This video of Charlotte was really done well!
Football won’t be a refuge from politics for swing state residents this fall.

OMG!!!!!!!!!
THAT’S MY DREAM TEAM RIGHT THERE!!!!
Smiling from hear to hear 🙂
I’m telling you, gf, that is one handsome, smart, charismatic HOT ticket right there – Kamala Harris and Martin O’Malley.
Kamala Harris and Martin O’Malley!! Woooo HOOO!!! What a slammin’ team!!! East Coast and West Coast!!
Wow, is it just me or do this convention look so much prettier? It’s all glistening and new like…
Not to be shallow, but Democrats are a really good looking group.
State Attorney General Kamala Harris is beautiful!
She is!
She’s been friends with the Obamas for years. Check out her bio. She is special!!
Yep. She is the Attorney General for California and I am proud that I knocked on doors and campaigned to get our DEMS elected in 2010. We did the GOP thing and I will always campaign my ass off from now on….if helped that we had awesome candidates.
She was our DA for years and I think she’s terrific.
That’s why so muck outside money was put in the race to defeat her: Rove et el know that she is a fast rising star. Presidential material. But the people prevailed.
There’s stuff going around on Twitter that Obama has decided to hold his speech inside the arena and not the stadium? Is this true?
oh no! probably because of the rain
Nothing has been decided yet.
Well, I heard yesterday that it would be outdoors come rain or come shine.
DWS is looking extra extra extra sharp, stylish, and pretty.
She always looks pretty, but especially so today.
DWS looks GREAT!!!!! And I LOVE her curls.
I love the little lady in her cowboys boots.
Me too!
The crowd represents America. There’s some of everybody there. That’s what I’m talking about.
Respect, Empower, Include!!
Respect. Empower, Include, WIN!!!!
OMG, YES – WIN!!
AND they’re voting fairly. Only a fool doesn’t support Democrats.
Don’t tell asshat Chuck Todd. He seems to think Dems have a problem with diversity
🙄
And they aren’t enthusiastic. What a butt hole.
You said it right, Yardarm! E pluribus unum, Democratic Party style.
Still at work — won’t be home for another hour. Can’t wait!!!
Hurry home, PJ! It’s awesome!
😛 😛 😛 😛 😛
So hard to believe that it’s already 4 years later….
I KNOW!!
Dang, I missed Kamala Harris.
who could imagine that the official treasurer would make the key points about the economy doing better under democrats. How cool is that? $10K under repubs – $30K versus $300K under dem presidents. Money and equality are his themes!
Also touching was about his story of being gay and attending the wedding of his gay friend.
Definitely…who was Barney Frank!
yep 🙂
It’s going so beautifully!!!
OH.MY.GOD. Chippy you have to put that in a post. THIS MUST GO VIRAL!!!!!!!!!!
Kinda lame, ain’t it? Ryan Lyin’ Just doing what liars do.
wow Ryan seems like an arrogant asshole.
shocking how little excitement there is for him in his home town as a vice presidential candidate. amazing, really. and after a few weeks of constant fluffing by the national media. we need to destroy this guy’s political career forever this election!
“We are a convention that looks like America! ” Indeed
ABSOLUTELY!!! Love the diversity, not only on the stage, but also in the audience. WOOO HOOOOOO
There’s so much diversity on the convention floor. All races, ages and genders. It’s so beautiful to watch. The excitement leaps through the screen.
THISSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
Hey Pf56, I noted up thread. AS I WAS walking out the door!!!, my son’s day camp called. He’s fine, but I had to pick him up. How was it? Sorry I had to miss it.
58!!
well i did not make it either…Karma was against me today….smh
Coward Fineman makes me sick.
Don’t watch that fool. Just watch the stream from the convention or CSPAN. It’ll be a much more pleasurable viewing experience. No commentary from the wackadoodles and no commercials.
…Fineman on Tweetys show:…African American and Latino folks support the President but will they come out to vote….sheeeesh
also watching cspan….loving it!!!!!!!
And I have to say the women are so different – not all are coiffed beauty pageant types. Very cool.
lol@Coffied Beauty Pageant types…
Tweety doing a fine job on the First Lady and First Family.
Cory Booker – “Our platform is about pragmatism. Not about left or right, but about moving America and our economy forward!” FORWARD!!
How did you write this before I heard it said????
And THIS!
“When your country is at war, being asked to pay your fair share isn’t class warfare, it’s patriotism!”
– Mayor Cory Booker
The c-span live feed is a few seconds before the Youtube live feed.
http://www.c-span.org/DNC/Live/
HEY, let’s hear it for Cory Booker!!
They like Corey Booker.
Mayor Corey Booker is Fireddddddddddddddd UP!
Glad to have him back onside.

me tooooo…doing the same thing,,cookkkemom
Just want to say a big thank you to everyone who wished us congratulations on our grandchild. You have helped make this day very special with your kind words and photos. Our daughter is 41 and has endured several heartbreaking miscarriages so today was truly a dream come true for all of us. And yes, all parties are doing well–mom, baby, dad and the gramps We are going top off the day watching Michelle Obama give her convention speech. What could be more perfect?
Congratulations grandmom. Enjoy your perfect day.
I so thrilled for you, Jackie, and I think FLOTUS will lift all of us up beyond words!!
Congratulations!!!! Enjoy your new cherub.
{{{{{{{mmmwwwaaahhhh}}}}}}}}]
big ol’ hug and kisses to the entire proud family
Congratulations Jackie!! As a new Aunt myself, I share your excitement!!! So happy for your daughter.
Congratulations, again, Jackie and am so delighted for your daughter!!!
f- corey booker. he’s not to be trusted. he didn’t have president obama’s back when it was needed.
he made a mistake…glad they did not throw out the baby with the bathwater……
I really didn’t like his speech. It seemed like he didn’t really believe in it, was just reciting things that he knows democrats believe in but he himself doesn’t. I will never trust him sorry.

These look like real people!
You know, we all have children so we can have GRANDchildren……they are such a delight. Congratulations. I know you will enjoy and treasure her.
I’m the youngest great grandmother you ever saw (you believe me, don’t you?), but we also have children whose children can have children – all three of those other generations brighten my world!
We can all agree on that!
there were around 5000 watching on youtube when I logged on. Now 10K cooool
I’m loving this convention…i like how they mention the President’s name early and often in their speech…loveeeeeee it!!!
The DNC got some set designer for the stage. It has already changed 3 times that I’ve noticed.
Chuckles just said on Twitter “its worth nothing though that 1/4 of the delegates aren’t in their seats. I just told him to shut up.
giggle
🙂
OMG It’s Ryan Case from Boulder, Colorado. He was the one who introduced Pres. Obama. His story is being told now.
real sad… 😦
Jeff, Sad, but yet Ryan Case has found the positive out of it. What a wonderful young man. I’m sure his parents are SO PROUD!
he will do great things and hope to see more of his accomplishments in the future.
🙂 Good on ya UT!!!
i love these stories…they tell the truth….
Look at all those ppl in that convention hall. It brings a lump to my throat almost like the day PBO was sworn in. I’ve been on this planet for damn near 3/4 of a century and NEVER thought I’d see the likes of this……Here come the water works!
awwwwwww yardammmmm….(((huggs)))
Thanks. I’m still getting water on my keyboard. #PRESSON
Chin up, chest out! You’re part of that group, as are the rest of us, even if we’re not in Charlotte!
I’m tryin’ jc, I’m tryin’.
It’s a great night! I almost feel like I’m in Charlotte – don’t you?
I couldn’t stand it. They’d have to call 911 especially after Tammi and that baby.
Ryans speech is great! He talks cohareantly and seems deeply intelligent unlike Booker’s. Sorry I should’t put Booker down but I really am annoyed with that guy.
Ryans?
Young man whose parents died without health insurance, studying political science thanks to PBO doubling Pell grants. Knocks on doors to campaign for PBO and introduced him in Boulder
Oh, you were referring to a comment up thread…..Ryan Case.
I think it’s time to put that divisive stuff behind us. We gotta all be on the same page. I’m not saying not to criticize, that has it’s place. I’m saying that the past can stay there and let’s judge going forward.
I will try to get over it. He really seems like a nice enough guy and I’d vote him over any republican no matter what.
THIS.
I do agree on the yelling, it seemed that he may have been trying too hard.
REAL PEOPLE TELLING REAL STORIES!!! How can anyone vote Republican? Seriously, how??
I like this president of SEIU.
Now over 12,000 watching on YouTube
(Sorry, Charles, but … ) No shit, Sherlock!
Enjoying the DNC, just got home in time to watch YAY! Sooo glad I still have internet- finally will be heading to Baltimore on Sept 16th.. but still no house to go to 😦 Soon hopefully.
Oh Sherijr – are you moving? I may have missed what’s going on since I’ve been so erratic in checking in here.
If so, good luck!!! 🙂
yes, trying to 🙂 offered on a house in baltimore, sold my house in ND in June.. but still awaiting approval in Baltimore.. getting very excited! thank you.
Safe and happy travels to your new destination sherijr. Good luck on the house hunt. I’m sure everything will fall into place for you.
thank you… I have never received an email from your number 1. Am very much looking forward to finally seeing my sons & grandkids.
I sent you her tel no. I know it’ll be a joyous reunion in Baltimore when you get there. Is your mom and sis still in N. D.?
oh boy I missed the phone number, I am very sorry cookemom. My mom & my sister are moving back to CA – my mom’s house already sold & closed & my sister’s house is going up for sale in a week or two.. so they will be here a few weeks longer than me probably.
Thinking of you sherijr, hoping it all works out – VERY soon.
aww thanks Chips, appreciate that so much 🙂
Hope you’ve all seen this:

I just broke a world record 😎
In hysterics. Here’s my report
Your Paul Ryan-adjusted time is only 11:04:14.44 away from a new Paul Ryan-certified world record!

re: Thursday acceptance speech venue
(from meteorologist recommended byt TOD commenter)
Joy Behar is on Current TV opposiite REV AL….is anyone watching her…how is she
Nydia Velazquez just ripped Romney from head to toe. LOL.
yep loved it and notice how often and early in their speeches they say PBO.
Has this been posted? Obama in a mustang.
I am watching C-Span because MSNBC has too many GOP’ers on even Rev Al’s Show and not enough of the Convention.
hey there jojo if you have broadband the youtube channel is awesome NO pundidiots all DNC all the time
youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=oMG7l-e1lX0#!
Thanks Susan. If C-Span shows something else, I’ll go to Youtube. I also downloaded the app so I can listen while I work.
All of the Dems are inside the convention hall. Only Repub political folks are roaming around like a loose herd of elephants.
Same here. I just want to see the convention!
You know, Chuck Todd is such a wet blanket; he looks clearly pained that he has to share the spotlight with enthusiastic Dems.
NBC needs to limit Chuck and Andrea Mitchell to the network; they don’t belong on MSNBC.
I am sooooo loving this truth telling and setting the record straight.
Andrea should be at home fixing her husband some tea instead of stumbling through her Kennedy interview. Pitiful.
Cousin Henry “The Eighth” Healy having a good time in Charlotte! 🙂
Also looks like Adrian Grenier and will.i.am.
Yep! 🙂
“We had a debt clock at our convention last week. I don’t see the debt clock at the convention this week,” Ryan says…
Ryan, that’s because when it comes to nat’l debt, ‘YOU BUILT IT…’
Am I the last to notice those very cool camera angles at the top of the YouTube video 😳
Oh, wow, I didn’t notice those. Thanks, Chips! Very cool.
me either…
and although someone (Chips?) mentioned the spanish channel for the convention, I just noticed the live captions channel (both to the right)
of the screen
Phew, I thought I was alone in not noticing Meta! 🙂
“Under President Obama States will get flexibility only if they can get 20% more people to work!. Let me repeat that for our Republican friends… that’s more, not less!”

Ooooo, I must tweet that, Rita!
Loved his statement “a subject that makes republicans uncomfortable…facts”

i’m loving this internet feed! not a billionaire-paid pundit in sight!! we should all tell our friends and family to turn off the boob tube and turn on the ‘net instead for dnc coverage!
4more. It’s the ONLY way I can watch it. For real. I can’t stand the pundunces and their “opinions”
A little reflection on this fine day ….
So true Bob!
hey firefighter guy, THEY NEVER HAD YOU DUDE! YOU WERE BEING FOOLED ALL ALONG! it’s just you finally saw it, so hopefully you’ll stay in the light and get your friends and family to do the same.
Another one coming to the light?
Thanks for the on the ground reporting and for your volunteer efforts.
Firefighter Dude was FIRED UP!!!
Whoever built the DNC 2012 set deserves huge kudos. The stage keeps switching to fit the speaker of the moment.
aren’t there multiple video screens behind them. seemed to me they swap out a different picture in the video screen for each speaker. not sure, but either way yes, it’s looking great!
UT, I’ve been giving big UPS!!! to the stagecrafters all night long. IT LOOKS GREAT!!! ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!!! It changes for almost every speaker with pictures of the United States.
Nice jams. DNC knows how to throw a party. Celebrate!
I like Tim Kaine. No reason, I’m just sayin’ I like Tim Kaine. He’s a good foot soldier and supporter of POTUS.
Anthony Foxx? Mayor of Charlotte?
New Charlotte post everyone:
