According to the US, Russia has continued to ship 20 Mig-29 M2 fighters to Syria, per the two countriesā 2007 military contract. The cancellation comes a day after Russia announced it was sending two amphibious assault ships to its naval base in Tartus.
That is incredible. So a country that considers itself a world power is backing down from an obligation because a British insurance company is dropping its coverage. Putin is a real tough guy.
